"This wasn't a great experience. The front desk staff were rude and impatient. Multiple hotels were crammed together on the same floor, making check-in crowded and noisy – it felt like an abandoned residential complex being renovated into hotels. Cleanliness was so-so, and there weren't many restaurants nearby. It's not worth staying here for a pure vacation. Delivery services have a minimum one-hour delivery time and are very expensive. The only advantage is the nice scenery, but it's quite a distance from tourist attractions.
Note: It's extremely difficult to get a taxi here in the morning!!! Book in advance!!!"

RRares MAn excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns.
All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

GGuest UserThe room is really beautiful, with no blind spots and sea view rooms. The whole house is smart. The water curtain flower room restaurant is also very beautiful. You can dine at sunset and make great movies. The dishes are also delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The most noteworthy thing is the service. They are responsive to every request. The child had a fever on the second day and they helped us prepare a fever-reducing patch. They also helped us cook white porridge for dinner. It's so thoughtful. I will choose this restaurant next time I go.

It's incredibly convenient for those visiting Puji Temple and the South Sea Guanyin, as both are within walking distance. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, and transportation to Mount Luojia, Mount Foding, and Fayu Temple is also easily accessible. AAnonymous UserThis was my second stay here. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Puji Temple, and within walking distance of the bus stop. The staff are very proactive and enthusiastic, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the pier. The hotel's buffet lunch is a definite highlight – it's great value for money, especially compared to the 25 yuan plain noodles on the commercial street next door. My only minor complaint this time was that I stayed in a non-main building, and the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear mobile phone videos from the next room, and unfortunately, some inconsiderate guests were singing loudly and jumping around even close to 11 pm. I suggest the hotel look into improving this. Overall, it's still a very good hotel, especially for weekday stays outside of public holidays.

My check-in experience was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The location is also very convenient with beautiful scenery, and the decor is stylish and perfect for photos. I'll choose this place again on my next visit, very satisfied!

QQiuqiuwangBasically every room has an infinity pool, but unfortunately we couldn't swim due to the heavy fog. The room is clean, tidy and has a good a**osphere. The hotel has a small courtyard that leads directly to the beach, perfect!
The hotel is run by young people, enthusiastic and energetic, and the children who live there are very nice. They took us to check in at the first fluorescent sea in 2024.
Except for not seeing the sunrise and sunset in the foggy weather, everything else is good. There are really few tourists now.
The hotel has no breakfast, only drinks. Fortunately, it is very close to the main street of life. You can try the nearby breakfast shops. The prices on the island are about 1.5-2 times that of Shanghai!
The island is under development and renovation recently, and it is expected to be completed in early June.

SShuishuowohuai1971For the past two years, whenever I've visited Putuo Mountain for a pilgrimage, I've chosen to stay at the Radisson Manor. One major reason is the ability to book early morning services at Fayu Temple for the next day. More importantly, staying here allows me to constantly experience the Radisson's meticulous service. This time, due to the rain, I opted to have several meals at the hotel for convenience. The dishes were exquisite and the taste was superb. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the restaurant staff, particularly a server named Xiao Xie. Additionally, the complimentary travel photography service was a nice touch. While the hotel facilities, as an older star-rated property on the island, are a bit dated, I believe the Radisson will still be my top choice for my next visit to Putuo Mountain.

The front desk staff were excellent. This morning I was in a rush to get to Puji Temple and accidentally left my coat's belt in the room. The staff proactively called to remind me about it. Everything was very satisfactory, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
