Romantic Hotels in Zhoushan

I have always wanted to have a chance to visit Shengsi, the easternmost part of the motherland, to see the sunrise and sunset. I chose Wind Villa because it only takes ten minutes to walk to the East Cliff Cliff to watch the sunrise, and it is very close to the No Man's Village and Xiyang Bay to watch the sunset. In addition, you can watch the sunset and the waves of the sea by sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in the room. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the pure white decoration style, which was full of Instagram style. I felt that I would not feel lonely drinking coffee here for an afternoon. The water curtain flower room here is also very romantic and super suitable for taking pictures. Go home, where shall I go? The affairs of life come and go like a shuttle. Wait for leisure to watch the autumn wind and the clear waves of Luo River!

The Hilton brand itself guarantees quality. I stayed in a deluxe sea-view room, and the bedding was comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The hotel's swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were also two small hot spring pools nearby perfect for relaxation. My only minor feedback is that some small fixtures in the room were loose, so I'd suggest the hotel's engineering department regularly inspect and maintain the rooms. Overall, my expectations were met, and I even managed to capture a stunning sunrise over Mount Putuo in the East China Sea from my balcony in the early morning.

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for Manager Li Wenyuan. During my stay, Li Wenyuan was proactive and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, he immediately came forward to assist with my luggage and was very courteous and polite. When I inquired about local transportation and sightseeing routes, he patiently and thoroughly explained everything, offering practical advice. He is diligent and dedicated, always putting himself in the guests' shoes and thinking of their needs. His thoughtful and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome. His excellent professionalism truly reflects the hotel's high service standards and left a very deep impression on me. I am truly grateful for Li Wenyuan's dedicated service and hope the hotel will recognize his efforts.

This year, my mother and I stayed at Xilai when we visited Putuo. Actually, I didn't book this place initially. When I called the first hotel, the front desk staff was quite dismissive and uninterested. But when I called Xilai, they were very enthusiastic, so I decisively booked it. Upon arriving at the hotel, Manager Bobo warmly greeted us and even accompanied me to register for the morning chanting. He was very patient. I'll definitely book Xilai again next time. Plus, it's really convenient, right next to Puji Temple.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

The hotel service was excellent. We had a dedicated shuttle pick us up after we arrived on the island. The location is also fantastic, with beautiful night views of the surrounding area. It's only a 2-minute walk to Puji Temple. Right outside, you'll find cultural attractions and a street full of delicious food. The room was clean, tidy, and even had a dehumidifier. Definitely worth staying here.

I stayed in the lake view room. There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it. There were so many delicious restaurants. Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open. The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly. Is it because it's been a while since it opened? The amenities recently produced in the room have not been applied.

Whenever I visit Mount Putuo, this hotel is always my first choice. In fact, I've stayed here several times now. Its location is absolutely superb, right next to Fayu Temple, with Qianbu Beach directly in front, and a path leading straight up to Foding Mountain. The hotel itself is exquisite, elegant, and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a tranquil environment with a strong Zen ambiance. It was the rainy season during my stay, and sitting quietly, sipping tea, and listening to the rain brought a wonderful sense of peace and joy. The reception and restaurant staff provided excellent service, a special shout-out to them. This time, I also got to experience the complimentary travel photoshoot, and the photographer did a fantastic job – another big thumbs up!

The room was very clean and odorless. Even though the window faced the street, it was very quiet at night. I, a light sleeper, actually slept soundly last night. The front desk staff were excellent. This morning I was in a rush to get to Puji Temple and accidentally left my coat's belt in the room. The staff proactively called to remind me about it. Everything was very satisfactory, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This hotel isn't new and the facilities are a bit dated, but it offers great value for money. The price during the May Day holiday was acceptable, especially compared to newer hotels which were much more expensive. The location is at the 'dragon's head' of Mount Putuo, right at Longtoushan. On the first day, we took the cable car straight to Foding Mountain, which was only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. On the second day, we explored Fayu Temple and Puji Temple. What was super convenient was that they could send our luggage directly to the pier, so we could head straight back home after our sightseeing.
