The location is easy to find, and the proprietress is particularly enthusiastic to pick up the parking lot. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the house is fully equipped, can cook, and even the seasonings are well equipped.

This is a very comfortable and stylish guesthouse. The room window offers a view of the rolling mountains. The two young staff members at the front desk, both surnamed Dai, were very friendly and helpful, happy to assist us with any problems and arrange our itinerary. They arranged for us to rent electric scooters and kindly introduced us to local attractions and restaurants. They even helped us find a place to visit Huangguoshu Waterfall. One of the youngest staff members, who wasn't wearing glasses, even taught me how to do tie-dye. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious; every morning, the chef, Xiao Wu, would kindly ask me what I wanted to eat. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated, especially the tie-dye decorations and curtains. Everyone's service was excellent. Highly recommended. Highly recommended this guesthouse. The room has magnificent view of Wangfenglin range of mountain, it is tastefully designed, clean and comfortable room. The front desk (both Xiao Dai) are very helpful, helping us arranging our trip, transportation etc. it is also very convenient to visit other attraction area and shops and restaurants. The breakfast is also very delicious, every morning the chef Xiao Wu will greet me and ask me what would i like and bring me the breakfast, you can have your breakfast at the beautiful dining area at the back or the veranda in the garden.

I love this place so much that a part of me wants to gatekeep this hidden gem. Fanzhu梵住 is a beautifully curated boutique hotel that delivers outstanding hospitality. I initially booked a 5-day stay but loved it so much that I extended for an extra day, willingly sacrificing my next destination. I was initially worried the hotel might be a ”pretty façade.” Fortunately, Fanzhu met all my needs of functionality and comfort (Breakfast, Air Conditioning, an excellent shower, free self-service laundry, an ideal location). The property is far from perfection, but it overcompensates with simple, heartfelt sincerity. In a place like Wanfenglin where the location pins and 导航 can be vague to foreigners, sh took the time to understand my itinerary, how I planned my routes around Wanfenglin. She gave recommendations, and helped me check my “Destination” input on car hiring app. Airport and railway station pickups can also be arranged easily too. ✅#Immaculate Rooms: THE BED! Oh my, the bed! The linens, pillows, and towels are all premium quality. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash feel luxurious. The bed is so comfortable that I would return just for a sleep-in holiday. Ok I know I’m mentioning the bed twice but it’s worth mentioning thrice. Extra points from me that the rooms are non-smoking. ✅#Location: Before arriving, I read a review describing this place as ”a piece of tranquillity close to the action”. Now I get it. It sits as an independent building on a peaceful road/hill(?), yet it is a short, easy walk to the Bagua fields and Zhong Nahui, where you can find idyllic cafes, little shops, and children playing in the fields. ✅#Breakfast: Delicious local-flavoured noodles!They also offer more conservative standards like toasts, eggs, and coffee. Oh, the hotel has an ice machine! Ooooohh so sexy in the hot weather (apparently ice cubes are rare in Wanfenglin). ✅#The Resident Pets: As a pet lover who willingly pays to visit cat cafes, having resident dog and cats sealed the deal for me. ✅#BONUS TIP: The Rooftop Night Sky. Unassuming and rugged at first glance, I was initially unimpressed. But I heard good reviews from others, so I gave it another go, and am thankful I did! Stay awhile, allow your eyes some time to adjust in the darkness, and you would see the sky completely transforms. On my last night, I saw a shooting star! I kid you not. It was an absolutely unbelievable, unforgettable moment. Incredibly awesome! ⚠️ Considerations Before You Book (Who should avoid): - If you love standard chain hotels. Fanzhu is intimate enough to offer personalized service. But I can imagine some of my more pampered friends who prefer international breakfast buffet spread would struggle to settle for this simplicity. Some things are just not realistic expectations off a boutique. - Mobility needs: There is no elevator. They would graciously carry your suitcases. However, elderly may want to enquire about ground-floor room. - In the midst of nature: If you have zero tolerance for insects, you may want to skip staying in Wanfenglin. It is a humid, lush environment surrounded by fields and trees. Personally, with a body spray of insect repellent, I wasn't bothered at all. - Pet allergies: If you hate pets (but why would you? :( w

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, accessible through the village, making it quieter than other guesthouses in the village. The rooms aren't very big, but the amenities and facilities are very comfortable. The heated clothesline is a thoughtful touch for this season. The cloth slippers provided by all Fengxi guesthouses are incredibly comfortable, and the felt tote bag is very practical for storing odds and ends in the car during long trips!

Room size: The room is very large, there is a corridor after going out, and there is a large balcony for viewing. Sound insulation: The room we stayed in was on the third floor, far away from other rooms, and no sound could be heard. I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel run by Rose, who among others is an English teacher! From the moment we arrived, the location completely stole our hearts — nestled perfectly to offer breathtaking views of the mountains right from our room window. Waking up to that stunning scenery every morning was a dream come true. But what truly set this experience apart was Rose’s incredible care and attention. When we unexpectedly got sick during our stay, Rose went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and genuine concern. She made sure we had everything we needed, from medical advice to thoughtful comfort measures, making us feel safe and supported far beyond what we expected. If you’re looking for a place that combines an unbeatable location, glorious mountain views, and heartfelt hospitality, this hotel run by Rose is absolutely the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

🌟 Highly Recommended B&B in Wanfenglin – A Superb Experience! 📍Location: Located in Zhongnahui Village, the heart of the scenic area, super close to the Bagua Field and rapeseed fields. The rice paddies are right outside your door, and some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the countryside – perfect for photos!📸 It's incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The village has a lively market day every day, which we happened to attend. The streets are lined with local snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables, and handicrafts – a vibrant and lively atmosphere that's wonderful to explore. We even found some interesting little souvenirs. 💁Service: Absolutely fantastic! The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively recommending off-the-beaten-path attractions and restaurants. They even arranged transportation, making it super convenient to explore the village. The butler-style service was incredibly thoughtful; they prepared our room in advance and even helped send away any lost clothing – such thoughtful details! The owner also recommended a rice paddy fishing experience, which the kids had a blast with! 🏠Environment: The place is clean and tidy overall, the bedding is comfortable, and the surrounding amenities are excellent, with parking, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for getting around and relaxing. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

First of all, the decoration is very distinctive. You can take a photo with it. The overall light beige color, green plants, and flowers climbing the wall give people a feeling of ”comfortable”. As for the hygiene, I thought it was a homestay at first, and it was on the top of the mountain, so the hygiene might be discounted, but the hygiene of the room was unexpectedly clean, the seats on the terrace were very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The food was also good. The beef hot pot ordered for dinner was very tender, and it tasted very good with a simple dip. For breakfast, I asked the aunt to cook noodles with meat sauce on the noodles, and the aunt gave me hot peppers. I was in a good mood early in the morning. The room I booked has a rooftop terrace. I don't have to go out early, and I can enjoy a visual feast on the terrace of the room. I have to say that the location of the boss's homestay is really good! After breakfast, I returned to the room, opened the doors and windows leading to the terrace, and lay on the bed quietly feeling the breeze and warm sunshine. It was so comfortable👍

I really have to praise this hotel for its excellent value for money. The smart check-in was very convenient. The main reason I loved it was its fantastic location right in the city center. There's a night market street right outside, packed with local snacks. It's also super convenient for attractions like Xingguangli Market, the Trunk Market, 1905 Creative Park, and Wetland Park. The hotel service was also great. It's definitely a worthy choice for business trips! 👍

The inn is located in the scenic area, on the side of the road, built against the mountain, with birds singing and cicadas chirping. If the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise🌅 while sitting in the small courtyard. The room is very spacious. The inn also has bicycles. The rice fields and seedlings are green at the end of June. The blue sky and white clouds are very beautiful, and the temperature is very comfortable. The boss’s service was very good. He also sent us to the bus location. I will bother him next time when we go there😁
