This is a very comfortable and stylish guesthouse. The room window offers a view of the rolling mountains. The two young staff members at the front desk, both surnamed Dai, were very friendly and helpful, happy to assist us with any problems and arrange our itinerary. They arranged for us to rent electric scooters and kindly introduced us to local attractions and restaurants. They even helped us find a place to visit Huangguoshu Waterfall. One of the youngest staff members, who wasn't wearing glasses, even taught me how to do tie-dye. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious; every morning, the chef, Xiao Wu, would kindly ask me what I wanted to eat. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated, especially the tie-dye decorations and curtains. Everyone's service was excellent. Highly recommended. Highly recommended this guesthouse. The room has magnificent view of Wangfenglin range of mountain, it is tastefully designed, clean and comfortable room. The front desk (both Xiao Dai) are very helpful, helping us arranging our trip, transportation etc. it is also very convenient to visit other attraction area and shops and restaurants. The breakfast is also very delicious, every morning the chef Xiao Wu will greet me and ask me what would i like and bring me the breakfast, you can have your breakfast at the beautiful dining area at the back or the veranda in the garden.

I absolutely have to give this a 5-star review! First of all, the service was exceptional, which deserves a thumbs up. The surrounding environment of the guesthouse is lovely, quiet, and very convenient for getting around. Although my room was on the first floor, it was fully equipped, clean, and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor. Large windows let in plenty of sunlight, making the room feel incredibly warm. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly that night. The bathroom was also very clean, with a separate shower and toilet, and all the toiletries were provided. The room even had a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. There was also a small balcony where you could sit with friends, enjoy tea, and admire the view – it was simply wonderful! I would definitely choose this place again next time I travel.

I love this place so much that a part of me wants to gatekeep this hidden gem. Fanzhu梵住 is a beautifully curated boutique hotel that delivers outstanding hospitality. I initially booked a 5-day stay but loved it so much that I extended for an extra day, willingly sacrificing my next destination. I was initially worried the hotel might be a ”pretty façade.” Fortunately, Fanzhu met all my needs of functionality and comfort (Breakfast, Air Conditioning, an excellent shower, free self-service laundry, an ideal location). The property is far from perfection, but it overcompensates with simple, heartfelt sincerity. You can feel the tremendous thought and effort poured into this place to make guests feel comfortable. ✨ Highlights, Who Will Love This Place: ✅#English-Speaking Travellers: For foreigners unfamiliar with China, it is extremely helpful that the owner is fluent in English. ✅#Design & Aesthetics: Warm & modern. The property exudes zen-like comfort with charming decors. It has a gorgeous yard, with swimming pool, and ample outdoor seatings. ✅#Remote workers: I didn’t plan to work on this trip, but I could see myself working there remotely. In a place like Wanfenglin where the location pins and 导航 can be vague to foreigners, sh took the time to understand my itinerary, how I planned my routes around Wanfenglin. She gave recommendations, and helped me check my “Destination” input on car hiring app. Airport and railway station pickups can also be arranged easily too. ✅#Immaculate Rooms: THE BED! Oh my, the bed! The linens, pillows, and towels are all premium quality. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash feel luxurious. The bed is so comfortable that I would return just for a sleep-in holiday. Ok I know I’m mentioning the bed twice but it’s worth mentioning thrice. Extra points from me that the rooms are non-smoking. ✅#Location: Before arriving, I read a review describing this place as ”a piece of tranquillity close to the action”. Now I get it. It sits as an independent building on a peaceful road/hill(?), yet it is a short, easy walk to the Bagua fields and Zhong Nahui, where you can find idyllic cafes, little shops, and children playing in the fields. ✅#Breakfast: Delicious local-flavoured noodles!They also offer more conservative standards like toasts, eggs, and coffee. Oh, the hotel has an ice machine! Ooooohh so sexy in the hot weather (apparently ice cubes are rare in Wanfenglin). ✅#The Resident Pets: As a pet lover who willingly pays to visit cat cafes, having resident dog and cats sealed the deal for me. ✅#BONUS TIP: The Rooftop Night Sky. Unassuming and rugged at first glance, I was initially unimpressed. But I heard good reviews from others, so I gave it another go, and am thankful I did! Stay awhile, allow your eyes some time to adjust in the darkness, and you would see the sky completely transforms. On my last night, I saw a shooting star! I kid you not. It was an absolutely unbelievable, unforgettable moment. Incredibly awesome! ⚠️ Considerations Before You Book (Who should avoid): - If you love standard chain hotels. Fanzhu is intimate enough to offer personalized service. But I can imagine some of my more pampered friends who prefer international breakfast buffet spread would struggle to settle for this simplicity. Some things are just not realistic expectations off a boutique. - Mobility needs: There is no elevator. They would graciously carry your suitcases. However, elderly may want to enquire about ground-floor room. - In the midst of nature: If you have zero tolerance for insects, you may want to skip staying in Wanfenglin. It is a humid, lush environment surrounded by fields and trees. Personally, with a body spray of insect repellent, I wasn't bothered at all. - Pet allergies: If you hate pets (but why would you? :( w

The view from halfway up the mountain was absolutely stunning. Everyone at the guesthouse was incredibly kind, doing their best to meet guests' needs and offering various forms of assistance. Even though it was past mealtime when we checked in, they still cooked a single meal. For those of us who prefer a relaxed trip, we booked dinner at the guesthouse; it was home-style cooking, reasonably priced, and quite delicious. The kitchen was also visibly clean. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection, but they did have noodles, which were pretty good. Non-instant coffee could be ordered separately. Overall, it was perfect for a laid-back, relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, my itinerary was also quite relaxed and casual; I only stayed one night. I had already booked hotels for the following days, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer.

There is a special coffee shop with juice. The coffee beans are imported from Vietnam and the orange juice is squeezed from fresh oranges. Freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly ground coffee are very fresh. There are also special swing entertainment facilities in the hotel's small garden, which are very suitable for children to play. Overall, this Qianshanli Health Inn is very good. Highly recommended, must come!

The room was amazing and super spacious. The owner even upgraded us to a triple room. The facilities were incredibly complete, and the courtyard was huge with a small swing. The rooftop balcony offered a stunning view of the rapeseed flowers – absolutely breathtaking! The owner was also incredibly kind; even though we hadn't done any research beforehand, she provided us with a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from food and accommodation to entertainment. It was truly fantastic! The guesthouse's little dog, named 80 Million, was also incredibly cute and friendly.

Very porridge. I really like the decoration style of the B&B and took a lot of photos. The owner has great taste and the people are very enthusiastic. After booking on Ctrip, he immediately added WeChat and sent me some travel tips. The sunrise and scenery we saw at the B&B were both stunning, so when I left, I suggested that the owner turn the front into a cafe. It would definitely be more popular than the Yunshang Coffee next door. In the morning, you can also go to the cliff behind, which is actually the Jade Emperor's Peak, and it's very comfortable. The kitten at the B&B is very cute, stable and lively, and she watched the sunrise with me. The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is a bit old. I didn't expect it to be so hot at night in Xingyi, but it's OK with a fan blowing all night long! All in all, it’s a hotel worth staying for one night.

The village has a lively market day every day, which we happened to attend. The streets are lined with local snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables, and handicrafts – a vibrant and lively atmosphere that's wonderful to explore. We even found some interesting little souvenirs. 💁Service: Absolutely fantastic! The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively recommending off-the-beaten-path attractions and restaurants. They even arranged transportation, making it super convenient to explore the village. The butler-style service was incredibly thoughtful; they prepared our room in advance and even helped send away any lost clothing – such thoughtful details! The owner also recommended a rice paddy fishing experience, which the kids had a blast with! 🏠Environment: The place is clean and tidy overall, the bedding is comfortable, and the surrounding amenities are excellent, with parking, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for getting around and relaxing. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. Dogs are also allowed; a deposit is required, and it will be fully refunded upon check-out if the room is undamaged. It's very convenient, especially since there are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to eat, drink, and have fun. The breakfast is also very plentiful. I had the attitude of giving it a try, but I gained a lot of warmth. Came with my parents, aunt, and brothers. The room is large and cozy. There is a mountain view when you open the door. You can rent an electric car within a ten-minute walk. The lady boss took the initiative to tell us a lot of places to play. She even helped call the owner of the electric car store because it was raining and asked them to pick up the car when the rain stopped. The next day, he helped us bring breakfast because he went out early in the morning. Come and stay and watch~
