Pet Friendly Hotels in Lanzhou

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is good. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in is efficient, the hot water is sufficient, the network speed is fast, the overall experience is very good, the room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the cleaning is spotless. The staff is friendly, responsive, and live in peace of mind and comfort. It is a very satisfying stay experience.

The hotel has a good location and the service is very considerate. Attitude is everything. They asked about the children as soon as they entered and gave them slippers and toothbrushes. They also prepared a small gift for the children when they returned. This is a hotel worth recommending. The parent-child room is very cost-effective. The experience is awesome!

I stayed in this hostel for a total of 5 nights, with two breaks when I went on tours outside of Lanzhou. I have put in reviews earlier, so this is my final for the hostel that had begun to feel like Home. The hostel itself is very comfortable a stay: clean, comfortable wide bed with sliding door for privacy, nice seating areas... It is run by a family who take turns staying over so that there is 24 hour reception. All are friendly and kind, especially the father. The parents don't speak English but you can easily use a translation app; other guests will probably interact with you. The location: it is situated about a 5 minute walk to the Yellow River Tower, and a further 10 minute walk to the Lanzhou Old Street area where there is an amazing array of food options. Just outside the hostel is a Halal (Muslim-run) restaurant called (Ruhua 如华）which the hostel owners say have been in operation for 20 or 30 years. The hand-pulled (手抓) mutton that I had there was fantastic, even though I am typically not a mutton eater --- the taste is a delicate and balanced mix of light spices (I could taste a hint of ginger, for example) and saltiness. And the 八宝茶 is also excellent. A 7 minute walk to the right after exiting the hostel (past the above -mentioned restaurant) to the main road where many buses ply, you will find another good mix of local food options, especially in the morning. The hostel is conveniently located near the Lanzhou West railway station. There is a bus 136 that runs just outside the hostel and gets you to the railway station in 20 minutes. Hope this helps someone deciding on where to stay in Lanzhou, since there doesn't seem such a good range of hostels. A great hotel for the price. The location is fantastic, right next to Exit D of Xiguan Subway Station, adjacent to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, and within easy reach of Muta Alley Snack Street and Dazhong Alley Night Market. I expected a noisy stay in such a place, but the room was surprisingly quiet. Upon chatting, I discovered the owner had put a lot of effort into noise isolation, resulting in excellent soundproofing. The room resembles the design of the Atour Hotel, with smart curtains and toilets. The toilet itself is particularly impressive; it's as comfortable, convenient, and fully automatic as my own at home. The towels are all disposable, clean, and reassuring. I accidentally lost my room card while visiting the night market, but the owner, true to his Northwest roots, generously didn't fine me. I felt really bad about it, thank you!

Very satisfied, the room is equipped with free mineral water, the room is large, the lighting is good, the quality facilities are complete, the service of Xiaona and Xiaozhu at the front desk is very good, the breakfast is also very rich, there is free parking, and travel is very convenient. Good service, super enthusiastic boss, good location, good environment

It was my first business trip to Lanzhou and I had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is good. Downstairs is the Lanzhou Zhangye Road Commercial Street, diagonally across from the Dazhong Lane Xinguang Night Market, and about 200 meters ahead is the Zhongshan Bridge check-in spot by the Yellow River. The room is fully equipped with smart Xiaodu control throughout the house. The mattress is a good place for sleeping, the room is clean, and the service attitude is good. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience. I will stay at this hotel again when I go on a business trip to Lanzhou. It is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping nearby. I recommend it.

Every day after returning from a trip, the front desk would call me to check if my room card still worked. The excuse was: the system was unstable, and when it crashed, the data would be cleared, and I might need to re-authorize the room card. This continued for several days, and I got annoyed. I complained a few times, but the receptionist on the 18th was rude, acting like guests owed her money. If a hotel's operating system is unstable, you should investigate the cause and upgrade the system. Why bother calling guests every day to check if their room card still worked? If you can't even handle this, what kind of hotel are you running? Also, when I showered, water would overflow along the wall next to the shower, flowing past the two bedside tables and onto the curtained wall on the other side. This meant the overflow would permeate the entire room. After careful observation, I discovered there might be a problem with the hotel's drainage system, or perhaps the sealant on the bottom of the shower wasn't properly applied, causing the shower water to overflow and not drain away properly. All in all, it's a bit bizarre, so if you're planning to stay here, choose carefully.

This homestay is cost-effective and the rooms are clean and tidy. Although there is no air conditioning in all the rooms, it is still acceptable for short-term stays. Because I personally like this kind of home feeling, I feel it is very warm, just like returning to my own home, and living very comfortably. However, given the advice of some reviews, if you are looking for more facilities and comfort, a hotel might be a better choice. After all, there is nothing particularly amazing here, it is more of a simple and comfortable living experience. Because of the special date, I was unable to book a room the next day, which shows that this B&B is still very popular. If you like this kind of living and warm environment, you might as well give it a try.

Just around here, it feels good, because the concert suddenly has no room and the price increase is too pit, I am speechless, how can this look. Hahahahaha
