The boss upgraded the room for free, but the wife didn't know it. She knocked on the door at ten o'clock in the evening, thinking that someone knocked on the wrong door. The next second the room door was opened, and it was locked inside but still opened. All sleep was gone in an instant. The next day, the landlady apologized and explained that a guest had arrived unexpectedly and she didn't know about the room upgrade, so she took the room card and opened the door. Except for this beautiful little accident, everything else is quite satisfactory. The breakfast was delicious, and the porridge I cooked on the wood stove was delicious. Environment: Clean and tidy, directly opposite Wulongtan Park, which was really convenient for our child to play in the water at night. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was really hot in Jinan these past few days, and when I went to the front desk to ask for more water, they were fantastic. They even asked if we needed more water when we checked out! It felt like the front desk genuinely anticipated guests' needs, which was wonderful. Facilities: There's a small playground next to the hotel's dining area. It was great for our child to play in the morning while we ate, and it was a lifesaver on hot afternoons when it was too warm to go out. This is such a great hotel, it truly deserves recognition.

Front counter and dining service staff provided excellent services. Breakfast has great choices and the main courses change daily. During the 13 nights here, the room services has been very awesome and the staff are really friendly. Room spaces are great for family. While it is slightly difficult for the cab to drop us off in front of hotel (had to dropoff at the KFC instead), there are public buses nearby to get to the scenic areas, which is very convenient for tourists.

This is the second time I have chosen this hotel, the location is very convenient, between the train station and the city center, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff always helps with any questions, but the parking is a little inconvenient, you have to constantly scan the code to get a free space

I decide to stay at this hotel, as it was close to Da ming lake. They location is pretty close to bus station, like 2-3 minutes walk. Also the hotel was easy to find. The room was looking as I saw it in the picture during booking. Everything is the same. Very clean and feels new. I really enjoyed the way it looks. The only con that I found is the window. Somehow I thought, it will have a better view. The hotel only has one long floor. So I think all rooms have the same view in a stone wall. Which by far was the only disadvantage I found. We also had breakfast and if you are a foreigner be ready it has only Chinese food. Nevertheless it was tasty.

At that time, I happened to see their staff cleaning the air conditioning filter. For the health of guests, they take the initiative to clean the filter every month. This must be praised. I feel that this hotel is particularly loving! ! ! ! In addition, I highly recommend their bath towels. They are really big and easy to use. They are very absorbent and soft.
