I was blown away by my first stay at Atour! The receptionists were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, always trying their best to meet my needs. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the facilities were new, and it was quite quiet. The pillows were also incredibly comfortable, resulting in a better night's sleep than I've had elsewhere. The breakfast was plentiful, with a self-service option, and the robot delivery service was super convenient. Because my itinerary was late, the receptionist even helped me extend my check-out time, which was truly touching! I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!

This is my nth time booking at this Hilton apartment, it's Jinan's most reputable and established five-star hotel apartment. The environment, hygiene, and comfort are all top-notch. Outside the window, you're treated to a scenic view of Jinan's cityscape blending with the mountains. The staff are highly professional. For the past ten years, I've always booked with Michael Li; interacting with her feels warm and friendly, like catching up with an old friend. If you need to do laundry and simple cooking in your room during your trip, and also have high standards for hygiene and service, this is undoubtedly the most suitable choice.

Clean, hygienic, and I have to say, considerate. The room at this price is not only large, but the decoration is quite warm. Especially customers who mind about towels can consider staying. It is filled with disposable bath towels, disposable towels, and mouthwash cups. There are also disposable ones, as well as disposable toilet seats. I came in because of the good reviews, and it is true. The lady boss is also very gentle.

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

The room is clean and tidy. There are free fruits when you arrive. For tourists, there are six bottles of Baotu Spring water in the room. If you need anything, you can call and get it done. After the trip, they also gave you souvenirs. The bed is super soft. You can see the mountain. The top of the mountain is bright and beautiful at night. 😍 There is also a travel brochure at the front desk, which is great

I'm absolutely captivated by this hidden gem of a hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the incredibly attentive service. The lady at the front desk had such a sweet smile and patiently answered all my questions, making the check-in experience absolutely seamless. The biggest surprise was the rooftop terrace BBQ. Enjoying skewers and beer with the evening breeze was simply delightful, and every dish was incredibly flavorful! I particularly want to highlight the attention to detail in their service. When they found out I needed the restaurant to help slice some salmon, the staff member didn't hesitate, immediately slicing and plating it, and even thoughtfully provided dipping sauce. It was such a heartwarming gesture! From the service and overall stay experience to the food, everything was impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

First, the location is great and the price is affordable. It's significantly lower than other hotels of the same standard in the province. We visited during the May Day holiday, and the location is close to Furong Street and Kuanhouli, making it very convenient to get to scenic spots. We could easily get around using shared bikes, eliminating the need for taxis (which are incredibly congested in downtown Jinan). Second, the hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk and service staff are friendly and attentive to details (note the ”details”). This is something you won't find at other hotels. For a hotel in this price range, it truly demonstrates customer-first service. The hotel also provides a fresh fruit plate every day (unlike the perfunctory ones you get at other hotels, it includes yogurt and a variety of fruits, with a wide variety and a changing flavor each day). It's a substantial plate, and the front desk staff will promptly address any requests you may have. Their friendly service is truly a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Jinan!

Like the hotel room and service, I feel the grand strength of the hotel very much, the hotel is in a good location, I want to do everything very conveniently, it is a super hotel worth sharing with you. grateful.

This place is really beautiful. The hotel is located in the village in the mountains. So the view is amazing. However there are some things to consider about before coming to this place. First, you should go there only by your car. The location is far from the city and it's hard to get any transportation or taxi. Also, if you don't have a car, it's quiet a challenge to get food. The hotel has food only during certain hours. There is not too many places to eat out as well. The design of the tube room is pretty nice and the bed is huge, but it could be cleaner for this price. If you go there not in a pick season, you're not going to get the buffet breakfast or bbq at the terrace (not enough people😐).
