"This hotel is a hidden gem, truly! The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very close to the airport. But the soundproofing on the windows is incredibly good, making it super quiet! The room facilities are fantastic. There's a heating panel near the washbasin which I used to hang my wet clothes, and they dried so quickly – it was amazing! I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've ever seen such a device! The airport drop-off service was exceptionally good, and they even provided breakfast for the journey. A big thank you to the ladies at the front desk."

"Following up on my previous review of the king room. The most baffling thing happened after we switched to the executive twin room. My friend arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, but I hadn't told the front desk her name, nor had I informed them that someone would be coming. I also requested two room cards and didn't leave one at the front desk for her to pick up. However, when my friend arrived at 11 PM, she went directly to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff asked for the room number and my name, which my friend provided. Without even calling me to confirm, they issued her a third room card and allowed her to use it to come up to the room. This is truly terrifying, especially since I booked an executive room – it feels like there's absolutely no privacy. I'd like to ask, what's the point of hotels limiting room card access to only the floor you're staying on, when they can just issue a room card to someone else without the room owner's permission? The next day, the hotel called and directly addressed my friend by name, even after I corrected them, they continued to make the same mistake for two days. Intercontinental, you've really lost your charm for me. Also, a complaint about the Eggs Benedict at breakfast – they claim it's freshly made, but it's clearly a pre-made dish that's just been heated on the surface. The egg skin was burnt, and the inside was cold. The third picture is of the executive lounge dinner, and the variety was quite limited as well. Very disappointing."

"Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around and find dining options. The lobby is clean and tidy, check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The room itself was clean and hygienic, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night. Bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, hot water supply was stable, and toiletries were comprehensive. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and all the infrastructure was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was decent, satisfying daily dining needs. Housekeeping staff provided excellent service, keeping the public areas very clean. The only minor drawback is that some details could be further optimized. All things considered, it offers decent value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and short getaways. I would prioritize this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip."

"This is my second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Jinan, after four years. The hotel was originally a Wanda property under the Hyatt brand. The service is just okay, neither particularly warm nor bad. The room I was given wasn't great; the marble around the bathtub in the bathroom was cracked all the way around, which is a safety hazard and could easily cut a guest's skin. A room like this should be taken out of service, not assigned to guests. There were also a few hairs in the room, but it wasn't a severe issue."

"The name says 'hotel', but it's more like a guesthouse, converted from a restaurant. You can tell the room is a bit small – it'd be fine if it were a hotel private room, but the entire place and the room itself are very well-designed. First, the cons: 1. The laundry room has limited and somewhat outdated equipment. There's one dryer and one washer-dryer combo. What I don't understand is why the laundry detergent is at the front desk when the laundry room is on the 3rd floor. There's also no laundry basket in the room. 2. The breakfast selection is a bit limited. The food procurement needs to focus on fresh ingredients; the greens I had this time were a bit old. No coffee, no iced milk. And no napkins on the dining tables. 3. The room outlets lack USB-C ports. Now for the pros: 1. The hotel's location is excellent. Across the street is Shangxin Street, and just a left turn outside leads to the South Gate of Baotu Spring. Daming Lake is only 1.5km away. 2. There's a view. My room had a bay window, and some rooms have balconies (see pic 13). This 'do not disturb' indicator is something I haven't seen in a long time. While it's traditional and should be preserved, I suggest adding a 'do not disturb' light switch inside the room. Currently, an external light on means someone is in the room, and off means it's empty. 3. The front desk ladies are kind and beautiful, always ready to answer any questions! The service is excellent. After checking in, someone from cleaning escorted us to our room door and thoroughly explained the room's facilities and how to use them. 4. Each room seems to receive two large bottles of filtered Black Tiger Spring water, which is drinkable. However, it's not chilled. If they consider customer needs, they could chill one bottle in the fridge. In summary, the value for money is slightly low, but the overall experience was good. I hope the areas for improvement can be addressed."

"The hotel's service was incredibly attentive. Before my arrival, Yuhara proactively reached out to prepare the room by cooling it down and even sent photos so I could get a preview. The room itself was clean and spacious, with good soundproofing. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. My entire stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it."
Qingzhaoquan City Shuangquan Resort Hotel
"This was my second stay, and the overall experience was significantly better than the first. The hotel's attitude towards handling guest complaints is truly commendable. After my first visit, I raised several issues, and the hotel management proactively reached out to me, specifically inviting me back for another experience. This time, I had booked a standard twin room, but upon arrival, I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view balcony room. Opening the balcony door immediately presented a stunning night view of the ancient city's canals. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness, bedding, and bathroom details were all meticulously maintained. The hotel's location is excellent; you can enter and exit Mingquan Ancient City an unlimited number of times by swiping your room card. There are even exclusive viewing spots for the Spring Water Show. The breakfast offered a rich variety of local specialties, and the staff were very responsive. My only significant reservation, which lowers the facilities score, is that for a five-star luxury resort hotel, there's surprisingly no on-site laundry room. To do laundry, you have to drive a mile or two to another one of their properties. Although the laundry service is free, the hassle of traveling back and forth is quite inconvenient for guests on longer trips or those traveling in the summer. This aspect falls short compared to other five-star hotels of similar caliber, and I hope the hotel will install on-site laundry facilities soon. Overall, the service, ambiance, and room type are all outstanding. The only minor drawback is the supporting facilities. Despite this, it's definitely a recommended stay."

The hygiene and service were both superb. Even though there was a minor hiccup along the way, everything was resolved perfectly. A big thumbs up to the staff!"

"Had an absolutely delightful stay! 😃 I was in Jinan for a business trip, attending a conference at the Shandong Convention and Exhibition Center, and this hotel is just a 10-minute drive away. I love taking baths, and there's a fantastic bath center downstairs (with excellent service too!), plus the room itself has a bathtub 🛀. The hotel is conveniently located right in the Impression Jinan Quanshijie commercial street, so there's an abundance of great food options just outside the door 😋. I didn't realize how bustling the area was before I arrived. The evening musical fountain ⛲️ was incredibly beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded, so I had a wonderful time exploring and eating. I checked in in the afternoon, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room type, letting me pick a room I liked. They also gave me welcome fruits 🍊 and yogurt, complimentary breakfast and access to the bath center, and even helped me with my laundry. They were enthusiastic and responsive to all my requests. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious and hearty breakfast before heading to my conference. After work, I'd come back, stroll around, grab some food, and then relax with a bath. The entire business trip was incredibly comfortable and pleasant 😊"
