"Pros: - the room is big, clean and well equiped - very comfortable mattress - the owners are friendly and helpful - there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction) - breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though) I have no cons, just some observations: - the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt - 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area - Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop. It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi."
