"A very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center."

"The room size was acceptable. There was a slight odor when I first entered, but it dissipated after leaving the window open for a while. Unfortunately, the window was a well opening, offering no street view. The booking confirmation stated €45 payable upon arrival, but the staff charged me €49.50, an overcharge of 10%. I initially assumed it was tax and didn't ask. However, the next hotel I stayed at charged the same price as the one listed on Ctrip for payable upon arrival."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. Even though it is a very simple accommodation with shared bathrooms, the room was bigger than expected, everything was extremely clean and comfortable, with newly renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds, and the staff was really friendly and nice. They even cleaned my room every day which was unexpected! There is no air conditioning in the room, which can be challenging in the hot Barcelona summer nights, but there is a very good, modern and quiet ceiling fan that really helped.
The price might seem a bit expensive for what you get, but this is Barcelona... it's difficult to find something decent and well located for a lower price.
All in all, it was a great stay!"
