Amazing
MMiss Tia MariaAs an active traveler I definitely have a very high level of judging hotels after just a few minute into the building. I must say with this one it was a good surprise to see how the service and amenities surpassed my expectations.
From the superb location to the surprisingly quiet rooms. My worry was actually just about that part and ofcourse the cleanliness.
The only downside was the bed, a bit too hard for my liking and the matras did feel a bit dented on the sides.
Soo overall I must say it surpassed the 2 stars for me, a 3 should be more suitable if I need to compare it with other 4 star hotels I stayed in.
Shoutout to the receptionists who were all there to help with anything and everything.
Josefine and Sebastian are great people with good ethics and respect.
Thanks again and see you soon, for me only one hotel in Barcelona, and it is Standbyme 🥰cause everything is stood by in de hood.

MM530805****This hotel is really great, and the location is absolutely superb. You can walk to all the attractions, so there's no need for public transportation. As a hostel, it also feels very safe. The breakfast at 12 euros in the evening and 7 euros in the morning were both good. The front desk staff were also very nice. My only complaint is that the USB charging port was broken. I actually thought my own plug was faulty and went out to buy a new one, only to find out later it was the hotel's. I would definitely stay here again next time.

GGeiorgiestravelsThe hostel is well located being only a couple of minutes walk from a metro station. Easy to get to an airport bus.
The 8 bed dorms are well designed with each bed having a light, charging point and spaces to place items. The steps up the ladder are wide enough to place your whole foot, and the is a pole to hold on to making it easy to climb in and out of the top bunk.
The area at the end of the room has a locker for each bed - lockers able to store even a large suitcase ( bring your own padlock ). The lockers even have a pole and one hanger inside which is handy. This area has stools and a lamp at the side if the locker meaning someone in that area can put on light without having to put on an overhead light and disturbing everyone. The layout is practical and well designed.
The shared toilets and shower rooms are in the corridor. They are modern and clean and sufficient that I was never waiting.
Laundry costs £9 for a wash and dry. There is only one washer and one drier meaning there were a few times I wanted to do my laundry and it was occupied.
The kitchen is large and includes seating in this area. The kitchen is popular with people cooking; it is well equipped with regards to pots, pans and dishes, however lacks utensils which can make preparing food tricky, I had to prepare fried eggs using a fork to flip them. Difficult to find knives, forks and spoons to eat with. fortunately I travel with my own fork and spoon.
There is 24 hour reception, bar, common room, patio, swimming pool, security doors making it feel more like a hotel rather than hostel. Modern and safe feel. Highly recommended.

블블루베리 조랑말I played the middle school next door loudly until dawn.
This was unfortunate, but the same room guy snores like crazy and can't sleep at all.
And it's a bit uncomfortable because there's no curtains.
Breakfast is not bad
The location is good near a large mart but too far to go sightseeing

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty good overall experience. The room was well-designed and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. It was also spotlessly clean, which was very satisfying. The staff were friendly and incredibly responsive, quickly resolving any requests. Its convenient location made dining and shopping easily accessible. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing; I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this didn't overshadow a very comfortable stay. I definitely recommend it!

Lluke_____0v0The photo shows that there are curtains, but there are no curtains. There are too many people smoking on the balcony, so the room sometimes smells like cigarettes. The staff are very friendly and nice. The kitchen facilities are only a toaster and a microwave. If you ask for cutlery at the counter, they will give it to you for free. It is a bit hard to find because it is in an alley.

GGuest UserThis is my third Safestay hostel. Last year I stayed at Passeig de Gracia. They are completely different. And this year I was at the same hotel in Porto, Portugal.
Convenient check-in, they don't accept cash at all.
I didn't like that the kitchen is small and there is no stove for cooking. The refrigerator is small and full, for such a number of tourists.
Also, there are a lot of beds in the room, too many.
Good showers, some with broken plumbing. No shower gel.
Everything is fine in terms of cleanliness, the reception area is beautifully decorated. Freshly renovated.
The guys at the reception are friendly, special thanks for that.
