AApril-adanAdvantages: The hotel kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave oven, pot, bowl, knife and fork, you can cook by yourself! And the location is good, there are many restaurants around, the whole food supermarket is about 10 minutes walk and 3 minutes drive! Self-driving parking is free and there are many parking spaces! The white building opposite the hotel road is a must-go to the Mote Aquarium, beautiful scenery, and manatees on the top floor! If you have time, you must go to the first white beach in the United States to set the sunset super beautiful. It is about half an hour's drive from the hotel and there is a public free parking lot!

DDr. KirkTo say we loved our vacation here is an understatement. The hotel lobby representatives were so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I had to call before arriving and I’ve never received such a warm welcome. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names because they know how to treat customers well! We loved our room—clean & the perfect size. AC worked well, bed was comfy, and clean. The pictures are from when we were departing. I wish I had taken before pictures. The walk to beach is very short and convenient. The restaurants nearby were excellent! The beach is so unbelievably pretty. The new pool (they have 2) was so gorgeous and was created by a famous pool architect/designer. The young man attending to the pool was friendly and helpful. We will be back because I have found my dream vacation place!

GGuest UserThe resort was beautiful. We loved the fact that we could walk to the beach, was perfect. Updated suite. Will definitely be returning to Captiva beach resort. The only thing we didn't love was the slither of beach that was available to us.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, brand new, very clean. Lovely helpful staff and good amenities. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Wish we had stayed a little longer. Free upgrade was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

The Sarasota location on north tamiami is extremely clean and well kept. Sandra at the front desk was extremely helpful and so nice! For the low price this hotel is a hidden gem!

On our first night, we had an issue with noisy neighbors, but the reception staff kindly offered to change our room, which we really appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I give the hotel 3.5 stars.

Llil baby blueI don't even know where to begin America's value downtown beautiful Sarasota Florida it's definitely one of a kind whether it's a steak Asian or a vacation. Customer service for desk are always so professional well-mannered and willing to help and will always go the extra mile. I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.
