Great location.  Staff was very friendly.  Would definitely stay again 

The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is good. Room service is poor. Don’t clean your room every day. We was 2 days there and I call because we need change the towels. They explained to me that I had to take the used ones to the front desk I did it. But there were four of us and they only gave us two towels. We were there two days ago. So they gave me two pool towels.that's unacceptable. The jacuzzi water it’s just warm. Cuban people was there listening music inaceptable for us because we had kids

Friendly staff, good accommodations. Recommend

1. The sink faucet in room 216 is so tight it's difficult to operate. 2. The sink drain does not operate as its control rod is disconnected. 3. The refrigerator is so cold it freezes salads, bottled water, soda drinks. No apparent way to adjust it.

The breakfast menu was fresh and tasty. the staff was courteous. I did not use the hot tub

I got stuck in the elevator for about 35 minutes. The fire department was called and when I finally got out and checked out it was like nothing ever happened.

The mattress on the bed was awful. Then the sheets on the bed had stains on them. The pillows were flat as a board. The hot tub wasn’t working at all.

***Hot Tub broken 12/28. No prior notification received from *********. 1. Initial negative customer experience because of this. Either the hotel is responsible for their lack of communication with ******* or ******* failed in updating their hotel database in a timely manner. 2. Room 413. Near elevator. King mattress rather thin. Sporadically noisy AC/Heat unit. Nice sized TV oom. Bathroom with shower no tub, quality towels.
