For the money this was a great stay. The Front Desk Service was awesome, the room was clean. The pool was great and not busy at all. The maintenance guy was always working to keep everything nice.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Have recommended to others.
A HUGE little improvement would be to get some command strip hangers for towels, or just install hooks.
We also did wonder why the shuttle guys would not pick up right at the resort, that is not the hotels fault, but we did get pretty wet in the rain waiting on the corner.

The cleanliness was good in the first few days, but the cleanliness of the room became more and more perfunctory in the next few days. The tip I gave felt like it was wasted, and the garbage was not even collected. The scenery is beautiful, the facilities are relatively old, but the maintenance is OK. The dining environment of several restaurants is good, and the beach club has the most beautiful scenery.

We booked to stay on our wedding night but were slightly underwhelmed this wasn’t even acknowledged. The hotel was clean on the whole with a quick check-in. The rooms were a decent size. Thankfully we brought toiletries with us as the bathroom amenities were empty.

The front desk was nice and helpful. I got a room on a higher floor (thanks Trip.com). The location is very good. City Center in walking area, safe neighborhood.
But: the hotel is encircled by building and street construction sites. It is very loud. Not what you expect if you have holidays and want to relax.
And USD 32.- (incl tax) per night for the self-parking, is too much.

Really enjoy this stay. Everything was extremely clean in the rooms. Front desk staff are very helpful with whatever you need. Pool and bar area is one of the best I’ve seen in awhile. I will book again in the future.
