Hotels with Parking in Rochester

Everything is good, but cleanliness sometimes is not good. the carpet has many hair strands that i need to clean personally with roller stick

This was the second time we have stayed at this location and the service has been very consistent…ABSOLUTELY 100% EXCELLENT!!! It is nice to feel the workers truly care especially when most of the customers are dealing with medical issues that stay there. 😍

This is a wonderful long-term stay hotel. Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff. every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others. I did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this.

First time staying there.  Location was good for us.  Easy route to visit family from the hotel.  We did a 3 night stay.  Didn’t deal with much service, but the desk attendants were very nice.  Room was adequate and quiet.

Great place for anyone using the Mayo Clinics...nice, big rooms, comfortable beds, microwave & small fridge for extended stay needs. Very good breakfast. Only negative was the super LOW toilet.

I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.

Fabulous hotel & staff ,& great location. Shower could do with a seat & grab bars at shower end & a detachable showerhead, & grab rails at toilet, to make it more suitable for those of us with disabilities. And power assisted/self opening room doors/doors throughout hotel. Shame bar wasn't open. Room bins could have done with emptying more regularly. Rooms would be better with a keurig coffee machine than percolator, plus coffee in rooms wasn't great, glad I brought my own. But other than those few things, a great hotel, staff, breakfast & coffee in breakfast room were fantastic. Staff were all very friendly & very helpful. Certainly better than the last hotel I stayed at in Rochester MN.

It was a nice motel but the reason why I rated cleaning poorly was because I found hair in the towels. The hair was not mine and I didn’t touch the towels and some concerns about the ceiling pictures are shown in the pictures. Overall experience was good!

Clean hotel. Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly! Although they did not have a hot breakfast, I would stay again due to the staff and their friendliness. I would recommend to the next person.
