Room was clean. New linens. Could tell old hotel that had been somewhat updated. Nice for price and what we needed

Beware Dirty ripped chair in room. Room smelled like stale smoke. Sketchy “stuff” in hotel. Room’s being Jar’d open . People in and out of said rooms. Giving out room’s that are already occupied. Staff very rude and disrespectful. Would never return to this hotel. Not much for breakfast items. TV kept freezing during shows. Staff smoking outside main doors.

Horrible Service and denied receipt The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful when it came to asking about the area. We had purchased food to warm up in the microwave in the room and discovered it wasn't working our first night. I informed the front desk and they said they would make certain it got replaced the following morning. It never got replaced and we were there for 3 nights. When we had to check out 1 day early we were told that they couldn't do that nor could they provide a receipt. They said that function was grayed out and it would take a manager to do anything. They said I would have to contact where we made the reservation and they would have to request the refund and the change in the checkout.
