Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rochester North Mayo Clinic

It was a nice motel but the reason why I rated cleaning poorly was because I found hair in the towels. The hair was not mine and I didn’t touch the towels and some concerns about the ceiling pictures are shown in the pictures. Overall experience was good!

we very much enjoyed our stay. The shuttle service was outstanding as well as the staff at the hotel. If need be we will be back for another stay at this hotel.

Ok stay. Coffee maker in room was wrong for Coffee filters with Coffee. Therefore makes Coffee ☕️ weak. Other than the place was ok. Nothing fancy

Front of AC unit falling off. Only 2 towels for 2 adults for 2 days. Initially told me no rooms available.

Room was great. For the most part clean, could be cleaner. But great experience and great bed, and overall a great experience.

Overall decent hotel especially for the price. Good location and room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok and waffles always tasty. Hot grits but no other entries like meat or eggs. We do understand given the huge increase in price of food.

Room was clean and comfortable. Best wheelchair accessible room I've stayed in so far! Parking lot is worn, but usable.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what you’d expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended.

Very helpful front desk personnel; especially a nice lady (I believe she works the night shift), who was very accommodating!
