A wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️

VPIKOVI really liked the hotel. We rented a family apartment, unit 1. It had a living room with a bunk bed and a small kitchenette, plus one bedroom with a large bed. The staff were friendly, helped with our luggage, and let us check in earlier than scheduled. The rooms were clean, and water was replenished daily. There was air conditioning, and both hot and cold water. There was a TV, but the Wi-Fi was weak and sometimes cut out. The kitchen had a kettle, toaster, and stove.
The hotel is situated a bit further inland on the island, nestled in a small wooded area. Insects were sometimes a bother. And sometimes at night and in the mornings, there would be noise – maybe birds, or squirrels, or some other unknown creature. A cat here, after receiving affection from our family, decided it would start visiting us for food. And I must say, it was persistent; it could sit by our door for days. One morning, I saw a scene: the cat was sitting next to the lower half of a squirrel, right by our door. Not such an innocent kitty after all!
We couldn't hear any traffic.
We rode scooters to the beach; walking wasn't an option. Within walking distance, there's a 7-Eleven, scooter rentals, local eateries, and laundromats.
The pool was clean and pleasant, about 1.5 meters deep. The only thing we didn't like was the layout of the paths specifically leading to our bungalow. In my opinion, they were illogically designed; there were steps in some places where you could easily trip and fall, potentially needing help to get up if you were unlucky. My wife only ended up with scrapes on her knees. It would be more logical to have a direct path, but here you have to go around, doubling or even tripling the distance to and from the bungalow. But I guess some people might not mind it. Overall, I'd say we were happy with the place and enjoyed our stay. Thank you, I wish you good sales and satisfied guests!

Guest UserI would not recommend staying at Sairee Hut Resort.
The place is extremely run down. Our room had no hot water, the shower drain was clogged and overflowing, and mosquitoes filled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
However, what bothered me most was the resort’s treatment of animals. They keep wild birds confined in small cages out front, with barely any room to move, let alone fly. I’m not sure if this is cultural or meant for tourist entertainment since the birds can talk, but whatever the reason, it is cruel! Birds are meant to be free, not locked in cages for display. These birds were kept in the cages for the entire duration of our stay, and I can only imagine how long they’ve been trapped there.
Overall, this resort was disappointing, both in its facilities and ethics. I would not stay here again.

OlesushkaWe stayed in a triple room. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was included. While there wasn't a huge variety, you'd find something to eat (scrambled eggs, rice, meat, greens, fruit). The staff were friendly and ready to help if needed. The beach was nice. We went when the waves were high, so snorkeling wasn't really an option. There were small sharks swimming near the shore.

Guest UserCleanliness was questionable. The dorm part was very run day and grim. Needed a bit of tlc. They turn the air con off in the middle of the night and during the day so you get about 3hr of air con. Key deposit is weird. I was charged 500 bhat but the person in front of me wa charged 400. No real social area apart from the gym which was small. Photos make it look better than it is. The location is great though.

The location is truly privileged. The only thing we didn't like was the hotel's service, which is very limited. There's no laundry service. On our last day, we asked for a ride to the pier at 9 AM since our boat departed at 10 AM. They told us the service was only available at 8 AM. Waiting two hours at the pier, as we would have had to do if we took the 8 AM shuttle, seemed like way too much time. I told them I'd prefer to take a taxi, and to my surprise, the hotel charged us more for a taxi than the taxis readily available right outside the hotel entrance.

rocky130713Excellent hotel location, friendly staff. However, the hotel itself is very run down and clearly needs an update and renovation. I have mixed feelings; on one hand, it has everything you need, but on the other hand, everything is worn out. The room is cleaned, but it still feels untidy. The views are gorgeous, but dirty rooftops of neighboring houses and crumbling gutters ruin the experience. Even the bed linens and towels are torn and stained with unremovable marks. They didn't bring an ashtray for 7 days, even though they saw an improvised ashtray made from a disposable cup on the table, while other rooms had them. And it's like that with everything; there's no point in describing every little detail.
To sum it up, I'd say for the price, it's okay. We weren't expecting anything luxurious; we just needed a place to sleep, as we spent very little time at the hotel. Will we come back here again? Absolutely not. For the same price, you can find much better accommodation on the island.

AnotherInglesTravellerThe exterior of the hotel is fab, right along a private beach with amazing views, sand and 3 pools, including a dive pool if you need. The restaurant is also pretty scenic and the food relatively affordable for a hotel restaurant. The on-site laundry service is quick and competitively priced.
The room itself was a letdown, very dated, dark and not very clean. The bathroom in particular was an issue for me, the shower heads had rusted and not kept clean and the general state of the bathroom was dark and dirty along the walls, sink and floors. The bathroom was full of mosquitos because the shower allows standing water after you shower and doesn't drain, with no windows to open (easily). The bathroom handle was also faulty, but the staff were happy to repair it once notified. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom in the night - appreciate you can't control this, but it just added up to a wider picture with cleaning issues. Finally, the on site gym was unusable.
They just need to give the rooms (and gym) a good refurb and refresh. Until then, if you have issues with cleanliness, I advise you not to stay here.

The bungalow for two people was spacious enough to fit two large suitcases. Inside, there's a fridge and air conditioning. It features a huge 200x200 bed and good quality pillows. The front desk staff were lovely and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. We rented a motorbike directly from the hotel for 250 baht per day. The set breakfasts, enjoyed with a view, were excellent and cost 200 baht. The hotel is situated on a hill, nestled in the jungle, perfect for those who enjoy the sounds of birds, cicadas, and frogs. There are small ants, but that's nature and didn't bother us much. The best part about this location is the stunning sea and mountain views! It feels like a village, surrounded by palm trees and flowers! It's a quick 5-minute motorbike ride downhill to the center. Overall, a wonderful room, location, and staff!
