Here, you feel both at the heart of the action and in seclusion. The rooms are spacious and meticulously designed; I particularly loved the bathtub. And for food lovers, it's a true paradise—Mott 32 is beyond all praise. Definitely a top choice for Cebu!

However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom is tiny, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and the breakfast selection is quite limited. If these issues were improved, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days.
Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work.
As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great.
I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house.
See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

My sunset time was never wasted with happy tummy and unlimited wine, beers etc.Ma’am Divinagracia ground staff and all the staffs of the property for the respect and hospitality in each corner of the resort! This is the best among the best 5 star ⭐ hotels I’ve been staying so far! No doubt and definitely I’ll come back! All the kind gestures of all the staffs are appreciated! Kudos to the Team👏👏👏

GGuest UserStaff was very courteous and responsive. I think breakfast should be included no matter what booking platform is used. Additionally, the water pressure was fine in the sink and shower however, too low for the toilet flushing. This was on the 5th floor so I am not sure if it’s room specific. I would consider staying again in a future trip.

GGuest UserBreakfast was great. The location is excellent, close to everything, and easy to find. My only minor issues were the lack of in-room slippers and no toiletries provided. However, they made up for it by offering unlimited drinking water conveniently located just outside the room.

There is a public sports complex 5 minute walk away. Can swim in the 50 meter pool for 50 pesos.
The staff members are attentive enough to quickly respond to my request.

JJessa LeopardasI loved my room. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the AC worked well. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, except at the front desk, which was disappointing.
Check-in was at 2 pm. Instead of waiting in the lobby, I let them know I would be at the café and asked to be informed once my room was ready. However, even after 2 pm, I had to return to the lobby myself and still wait before the room was given to me.
During check-out, I checked out early and was told to take a seat while they processed my deposit. I waited 30 minutes, and if I hadn’t followed up again, I believe I would have waited even longer as they seemed to have completely forgotten I was waiting.
Aside from these front desk issues, the rest of my stay was terrific.
