The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The service is also top-notch, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom is tiny, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and the breakfast selection is quite limited. If these issues were improved, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. First off, as other reviews mentioned, the lobby guard was very friendly and opened the door for us. The breakfast was decent, and the facilities were cleaner than I expected. However, this price point just doesn't feel right for a hotel in Southeast Asia, LOL. One thing that was disappointing was that the shower drain was clogged. Even after just one person showered, the water overflowed, and since there's no threshold in the bathroom, it almost flooded the bedroom/entrance area. When the second person showered, they had to turn the water off periodically. I wondered why it was clogged, and then I saw that after the first shower, the shower filter was about a third full of hair/gunk. I specifically chose this place because other hotels had reviews about hair in the drain, but this one didn't. Turns out, it was even worse here. At this level, they must be getting a lot of complaints, especially for a 5-star hotel. This should be a mandatory cleaning item every time, but it wasn't cleaned. It was astonishing that a manager had to come the next morning and clean it with a toothbrush.

The hotel is overall clean and tidy, with good sound insulation. There is a wide variety of breakfast options, but they are not entirely free of charge. The only thing I found unsatisfactory was that the hot water in the bathroom wasn't warm enough, which may not be ideal for those accustomed to taking hot showers.

Our family had a great stay at Marco Polo Cebu. The food was good, the pool was clean and enjoyable,room is comfortabl and the quiet location made for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Great location, good Wi-Fi with a few minor disconnections. The air conditioning is too noisy, the bed creaks, and the bathroom was moderately clean, but acceptable. However, the staff is very pleasant and attentive. The terrace restaurant is very nice, the pool is super well-maintained, and I had a meal and a drink there, which was pleasant but nothing special. On the other hand, the staff there are incredibly pleasant, helpful, and caring.

Room was clean and nice The bathroom though had a few cracks under the sink and the cement was falling on the floor Overall, still pretty good Service is top notch! From our early check in from Marj to Tonie's utmost concern for me (i have an injury and he was always helping me around and checking on me), plus attention to detail at the resto when we had and lastly, late check ou and additional free amenities after checking out, it felt like we were long staying guests with the care and service that they showed us (we only stayed overnight!) Would stay here again given the chance

Stayed before awhile ago reception staff good fast check in room spacious with Bench table And chairs to eat and drink Bed Big firm good to sleep TV No channels only Netflix and YouTube airconditioning very weak didnt get the room very cold tea and coffee making facilities And also a refrigerator which was good safe Not working. Bathroom small and musty main shower unit leaked And sprayed water All over just ended up using the hand held shower complementary Soap shampoo and tooth brush Not really very hot water the hotel is showing signs of ageing especially in the bathroom the breakfast was good and tasty but took a long time to receive it due to high room service orders staff very friendly and polite okay for a couple of nights room rate was good.

The staff were very kind, helping with luggage and showing me where to refill my water bottle. As for the bathroom, there's no shower curtain, but the water pressure isn't strong enough for water to splash everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some small rust spots, though.

Staff are very helpgul and approachable. The room is very neat and clean. However, the noise of the room beside me is too loud.😅
