Hotels with Breakfast in Cebu City

First off, the complimentary club lounge access at NUSTAR is a huge plus. The room condition was excellent, and the butler service was great too. I'd definitely consider staying again.

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped, even with a scale, which is great for those who need to weigh themselves daily. The parking lot 🅿️ is shared with the mall's garage, and while the hotel has designated spots, you need to speak with the security guard inside. Check-in is on the third floor. The pool and gym are both on the top floor, and there's even a bar by the pool. It wasn't too crowded, and the rooftop offers great photo opportunities 🤳. The only minor drawback is a door in the room which, looking at the floor plan, seems to connect to the next room. Although it can't be opened, if a woman were staying alone, it might feel a bit unsettling 😔.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Cebu for a short night before an early departure, and it was a pleasant experience. Despite arriving after midnight, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was new, clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good, although a wider variety of options would make it even better. We didn’t get much time to explore the hotel’s facilities as we checked out early the next morning, but we’d definitely love to return and stay here again.

Strategic location near IT Park which is very near to coffee shops and quick bites. The room is clean. Shower head is a bit small. Buffet breakfast for 300 is okay, check first the menu for the day since they have different menu each day. Will definitely comeback.

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

Great location, good Wi-Fi with a few minor disconnections. The air conditioning is too noisy, the bed creaks, and the bathroom was moderately clean, but acceptable. However, the staff is very pleasant and attentive. The terrace restaurant is very nice, the pool is super well-maintained, and I had a meal and a drink there, which was pleasant but nothing special. On the other hand, the staff there are incredibly pleasant, helpful, and caring.

The staff were very kind, helping with luggage and showing me where to refill my water bottle. As for the bathroom, there's no shower curtain, but the water pressure isn't strong enough for water to splash everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some small rust spots, though.

Rooms were pretty big! Only issue was with pests coming out. I had a talk with their housekeeping team about what to do so that the issue will be resolved. Hopefully they take action.

An excellent and well‑maintained hotel, offering a clean and comfortable environment that makes it a safe and convenient choice for families.

Our stay in Richmond Plaza Hotel was excellent, i just want to suggest that we wish they would have hair blower, Kettle inside the room thats all. the staff are nice alsooooo kudos!
