GGuest UserRamada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didn’t change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasn’t puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag.

Ssally..We walked from the Centraal station, and it took about 15min, but found that there's actually trams that stop pretty close to the location. Slight issue was that there was urgent works to be done at the lobby, but we were informed about it during our stay, and the slight inconvenience was bearable. Spacious room, with sufficient ammenities, good selection for the breakfast. There were friendly and helpful staff.

GGuest UserThe room cleanliness isn't up to the price or standard you may expect. Blood stains on the pillow case, hairs on the chair. Plus we have broken a glass and went to inform the cleaning lady and apologize for that. Room wasn't cleaned after that she just removed the broken glass that we have maanged to 'clean'. So the next day, we informed the reception and asked for the room to be cleaned. My patner got glass cut under his feet. I complained already at the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, right next to the train station, which is convenient for getting around. However, this proximity does mean it's a bit noisy, especially in the evening. The room was adequate; nothing particularly noteworthy in terms of comfort or cleanliness. The price seemed a little high considering the amenities. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

GGuest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

GGuest UserThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

OOndernemer in VeranderingPrima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

GGuest UserLow-budget hotel, but highly recommended!! Very friendly welcome. The room was extremely clean. A fan was provided, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. Breakfast was personally served by a very friendly lady. Not an extensive breakfast buffet, but sufficient and fresh!! Spacious, free, enclosed parking. Secure, enclosed bike storage. We stayed for 3 days and will definitely be back.
