Absolutely wonderful. Could not find anything negative about this hotel. Possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Extremely clean and neat, full equipped gym, quiet location. There was a misunderstanding with the booking which was resolved with the highest professionalism. Looking forward to the next time.

Nice hotel, in a pleasant location, with clean rooms and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, jazz music at breakfast can't make up for the relatively high price of the same and the baked cardboard rolls.
Too bad. For the same money I could have had a good dinner elsewhere.

Had a very bad experience. Lack of service in the reception. You expect more from a 4 star hotel. You can get better hotels for this money instead of going here. Not recommended at all.

It's a relatively new hotel, with Tram No. 1 right at the door, which is more convenient. They are all old men and women. They rarely see young people. I don’t know why. With a small child, I was told that I could not stay in a double room and had to book a family room. I had never encountered this strange problem in the world. This strange problem did not occur in other cities in the Netherlands the night before. The bed is ridiculously small, I don't know if it is 90cm wide, and the quilt is about the same width as the bed. When I turn over, there is no quilt covering me. In view of the fact that children cannot be brought into this so-called double room and the bed is extremely small, my impression of this hotel chain is greatly diminished. Parking costs 21.5 euros a day, which is expensive everywhere in The Hague.

All in all very good. We used tram 1 to the beach in Scheweningen, every few minutes and always on time. (3-day ticket - can be used anywhere 20 €)
We didn't have time for the wellness facilities because of the good weather. Food recommendation is the Italian in the Kreikerstraat (also with the tram in a few minutes
reachable. Breakfast in the hotel left nothing to be desired: e.g. boiled eggs -2 degrees, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelet in 2 variations.
We recommend the hotel and would book it again and again.

We booked room for 3 adults and paid through Trip.com. We were charged a supplement for the extra bed upon arrival. Annoying and unnecessary, after a long discussion the bill was corrected, but we will no longer book through Trip.com.
