"This isn't like a typical room for 6 or 10 people; instead, an entire floor is dedicated to capsule beds. There are curtains, so privacy isn't an issue. However, the washroom was quite crowded in the morning. Also, the lockers are small. Furthermore, the charging ports by the bed, with just one iPhone magnetic charger and one USB port, were a bit inconvenient. Be aware that there aren't many charging ports in the common areas either."

"Really like this hotel, just near the train station. I booked a loft room, and this layout is very novel for me. The table is facing the attic window, and it is a beautiful city view to look out.
However, it should be noted that the hotel elevator has one that can go to the 4th floor (attic floor), and the other can go to the 3rd floor, so sometimes you need to go to the 3rd floor and then climb the stairs to the 4th floor. It is best for passengers with large luggage not to choose the attic room."

Amazing
GGuest UserRamada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didn’t change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasn’t puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag.
JJessie’s AlexThe hotel has a bit of history. The room cleaning and facility maintenance are pretty standard. Breakfast was so-so. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to attractions and shopping streets. Overall, it's a good hotel. I really enjoyed taking walks near the hotel when it was sunny, it was very pleasant. Just wish it wasn't windy, the wind in the Netherlands is really something, haha!
Ssally..We walked from the Centraal station, and it took about 15min, but found that there's actually trams that stop pretty close to the location. Slight issue was that there was urgent works to be done at the lobby, but we were informed about it during our stay, and the slight inconvenience was bearable. Spacious room, with sufficient ammenities, good selection for the breakfast. There were friendly and helpful staff.
GGuest UserThe location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need.
The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight.
There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I haven’t tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers.
The only downside is, it’s a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage.
The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol.
Will stay there again if I go next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋
GGuest UserGreat design, classic style, and an excellent location in the heart of The Hague. The hotel is conveniently close to several tram stops, making it easy to get around the city.
That said, the housekeeping could be improved. I'm not particularly picky, nor was I inspecting corners looking for flaws, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed a large white stain on the chair—what looked like a souvenir from a previous guest. It was quite obvious and, in my opinion, something that should be easy to remove with basic cleaning supplies. The hair dryer also looked rather worn and overdue for replacement.
These are small details, but they are the kind of things that guests notice immediately and could easily be addressed with a bit more attention from the cleaning staff.
Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a very pleasant temperature.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning in the future, especially if the housekeeping standards are improved.
GGuest UserThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood
YYukaaaaa-hiThe hotel has a beautiful location with great views, and the scenery was one of the highlights of my stay. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy the surroundings and relax.
However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The heating system was inconsistent and didn’t always work properly, which made the room quite cold at times. The elevator was also unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not, which was inconvenient. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very slow.
Thankfully, the staff provided a portable heater, which helped us manage the cold.
While the location is excellent, there are some areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
MMax | 冯至I’m pretty satisfied with the stay. Considering the price and the class of the hotel, everything was on an acceptable level! But I especially loved the location (although it might not be as convenient for some visitors, I benefited from it because of where I needed to commute to on a daily basis).
GGuest UserPlease note that I ended up staying in a panoramic studio apartment, not a mixed 4-person dorm. I was a bit apprehensive as I've never stayed in a mixed dorm before. After a quick look at the room, I didn't feel very comfortable, so I asked the front desk to upgrade me to a private room, which they kindly did. The location is indeed inconvenient; getting to the city center is fine, and the station is close to the hotel, but the bus stop for leaving the city is quite far, about a 10-minute walk.
