The room felt spacious and even had a kitchen and a dishwasher, which was a nice touch. However, the lighting was a bit dim. The hotel also has a laundry room, which was very convenient. Its location is excellent, right on a shopping street and just a 10-minute walk from the station and a supermarket.

We walked from the Centraal station, and it took about 15min, but found that there's actually trams that stop pretty close to the location. Slight issue was that there was urgent works to be done at the lobby, but we were informed about it during our stay, and the slight inconvenience was bearable. Spacious room, with sufficient ammenities, good selection for the breakfast. There were friendly and helpful staff.

The location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need. The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight. There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I haven’t tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers. The only downside is, it’s a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage. The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol. Will stay there again if I go next time.

A beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of the station and the city center just around the corner. A fifteen-minute tram ride from Scheveningen and a ten-minute bus ride to The Hague Market. Attractions like the Mauritshuis, Binnenhof, and Grote Markt are all within walking distance. Plenty of dining options; I felt like I was on vacation in Asia. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant, and relaxing place to stay. We would happily come back again!

Good experience. The service is good. The room is large and quite. The only problem is that the room is not that clean, but it is acceptable. If come another time, I'll still consider this hotel.

The room was quite spacious and very clean, definitely better than your average European hotel. The location in the city center is super convenient for getting around. However, the hotel breakfast was pretty standard, and the restaurant was small with not much variety.

The room was so clean and spacious! I enjoyed the big TV screen as well. Somehow I couldn’t chromecast Netflix. The staff were very kind too. Check-in and out was very smooth too. The breakfast was sufficient, though, I thought it was mediocre for 20€.

This is our second time within 10 days we stayed at this hotel. Really the service and the accommodation is excellent. Reception and check in is very polite full 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It is like a four star hotel.

Don’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly. Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in. The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W
