Guest Userhappy with our stay.:they even let us do the early check in. place are accessible for everything, 8 mins from railway station, bus station and even in the center of hague. . all walking distance specially nearby to beach and ****** . Good choice place to sstay.

Guest UserPros: Room was clean enough upon arrival. They provide water and some snacks at the lobby free of charge. Hotel also has some events.
Cons: Sofa bed was super creaky, steamer didn’t work and had to change it 3 times until we finally got one that worked, house keeping did not clear the trash properly and used creamer satches remained on the tray and coffee/ tea pods were not topped up. Beds were made but our PJ were left all over the beds & unfolded too. Staff are not very friendly nor helpful. Arrived in the pouring rain with 2 big luggages and staff stared at me from the desk instead of assisting me etc.
Overall ok for a quick stay but otherwise wouldn’t recommend.

The location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need.
The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight.
There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I haven’t tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers.
The only downside is, it’s a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage.
The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol.
Will stay there again if I go next time.

Elenka AngeThanks, everything was great. It's a bit far from public transport, but there's a beach with seals nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked. Housekeeping was available on request. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Guest UserI really loved this hotel; it's right near the train station. I booked a loft room, and the layout was quite novel for me. The table faced the loft window, offering a beautiful city view.
However, please note that one of the hotel's elevators goes up to the 4th floor (the loft floor), while the other only goes up to the 3rd floor. Therefore, sometimes you need to go to the 3rd floor first and then climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Travelers with large luggage should probably avoid choosing a loft room.

Prima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious and very clean, definitely better than your average European hotel. The location in the city center is super convenient for getting around. However, the hotel breakfast was pretty standard, and the restaurant was small with not much variety.

William Theodore Moningka- The Souterrain Dorm is a bit tight, with limited space especially if you have big luggage. There are lockers and they are decent in size (bring your own locks). You need to access the room through the shared kitchen and down narrow stairs. The dorm is generally nice and clean, not so far away from city center. There's a cinema room as well.
- There's no toilet in the basement. There's a common public toilet on the ground floor, but the shower and more toilets are only on the first floor.

This is our second time within 10 days we stayed at this hotel. Really the service and the accommodation is excellent. Reception and check in is very polite full 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It is like a four star hotel.

Guest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W
