GGuest UserI use it every time, but I am grateful that all the employees are wonderful customers no matter when I go. Breakfast is delicious and it is also helpful to take it to the room and eat it. There are many cartoons and I won't get tired of it. I will use it again!

GGuest UserIt was a night stay. I finished taking a bath in the room this time, but there is also a large communal bath. I wanted to use it next time. The room was clean and nice.

GGuest UserI stayed here for three nights. The hotel is a bit far from the train station, but I enjoy strolling around and exploring the city, always taking a different route to enjoy the scenery!
The facilities and amenities are professionally managed, reflecting the hotel's professional management. The accommodation offers a free breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the space is spacious and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly.

ダダボハゼClose to Iwaki Station, there are many restaurants around, which is convenient. The building and rooms are well cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast was also satisfactory. However, it was a pity that the snoring in the next room echoed and I couldn't sleep easily.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, but unfortunately there is no parking space, which needs to be charged separately; if it can be purchased when booking, it will be a great help to me.
Basic facilities are available, the room is exquisite, very suitable for one person to stay overnight, and large suitcases may not be opened anywhere other than the bed.
The bedding has a noticeable musty smell, which is why I gave it one less review

GGuest UserI enjoyed the hot springs and pools, but it was difficult to understand for the first time, such as how to get to the outdoor pool and how to get to the South Building. It would have been nice to have more amenities and rooms.

KKitz1980It was a simple hotel, but I thought the bedrock bath was great with a large communal bath, sauna and 500 yen! The location is a bit walk from the station, but it is great with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, Daiso, and MUJI near the hotel!

However, the staff was able to spend a homely feeling with a polite response, so I didn't feel any big dissatisfaction.
