The building feels a little old, but it was cleaned properly. Consideration such as bed making was very wonderful. The ocean view room had a beautiful view of the sea.
Breakfast was delicious, both Western and Japanese, and I enjoyed roasting dried fish and having a Costa coffee machine.

We had an overnight stop at this hotel and we were rather impressed with it. The setting is amazing, we had a beautiful sea view out our window. We had a warm welcome from reception who spoke a little English. Our room was light and airy with the great view, very clean and comfortable. The AC and wifi both worked well and we had a great sleep. The breakfast was decent, a big buffet spread, mainly Japanese but some western items in there as well. Although the hotel is perched on a cliff next to the beach, there actually didn’t appear to be any access at all which was disappointing. Also, the hotel is located a few kms from the train station so you’ll need to take a $20 taxi ride. Overall, great hotel and definitely recommended to other travellers.

The spacious twin room was 42 square meters, but maybe it was the end of the 5th floor, and the corridor room was too cold to wear loungewear. There was one air conditioner by the window. The bath and restaurant are warm and the food is Japanese kaiseki. There were many kinds of seafood and it was wonderful. It was a pity that the room was cold even though the bath and food were good.
