The hotel staff were very kind and comfortable. Also, breakfast was prepared for each person instead of buffet, and it was very delicious and I liked it. I would like to book with dinner next time because dinner is very delicious.

Guest UserIt was a night stay. I finished taking a bath in the room this time, but there is also a large communal bath. I wanted to use it next time. The room was clean and nice.

ホテルの設備、清潔感、価格には満足ですが、フロントの女性が無愛想でチェックインから不快感を覚えてしまった。目も合わせることも無く、完全に事務的な対応。
駐車場（第二駐車場）の料金は無料と思いきや有料¥700とのこと。えっそうなの？と聞いても、はい。で会話終了。説明無し。（ホテル内貼り紙には、駐車場料金はホテル負担。第三駐車場は有料との記載）それ以上会話するのも嫌になりあきらめた。更に追加で朝食をお願いしたら、電卓で価格を提示された時にはビックリ！フロント以外は満足できるホテルです。

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast
No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

- The room was clean.
[Cons]
- No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in.
- The bathroom dressing room was small.
- I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator.
- The convenience store was a little far away.
- The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room.

I enjoyed the hot springs and pools, but it was difficult to understand for the first time, such as how to get to the outdoor pool and how to get to the South Building. It would have been nice to have more amenities and rooms.
