The hotel staff were very kind and comfortable. Also, breakfast was prepared for each person instead of buffet, and it was very delicious and I liked it. I would like to book with dinner next time because dinner is very delicious.

The atmosphere of the female staff at check-in was soft and the explanation was easy to understand! (⇦ When my mother went to ask because she didn't know the location of the parking lot, she came out and politely told me.) Also, the female staff at the breakfast venue was alone. I was working on it, I worked hard and was friendly! The rice was delicious too! It was good that the room had a separate toilet and bath 々! I never thought it was inconvenient to stay!

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast
No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

- No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in.
- The bathroom dressing room was small.
- I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator.
- The convenience store was a little far away.
- The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room.

I enjoyed the hot springs and pools, but it was difficult to understand for the first time, such as how to get to the outdoor pool and how to get to the South Building. It would have been nice to have more amenities and rooms.
