"I checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in. The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese. The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there. The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious. I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night. I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine. The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there."

"The breakfast was delicious, there was a large public bath and an open-air bath, the view from the room was great, and the front desk staff were excellent. My only complaint was that even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was unbearable, so I contacted the front desk. They changed my room. The smell was much less than in the first room, but it was still slightly noticeable. It seemed like the smell had soaked into the wallpaper. That was the only disappointing thing."

"The only business hotel near the station, but the number of outlets in the room is too small. If you use an air purifier and a kettle in the room, there is no charging outlet for a personal computer or mobile phone. Moreover, the position of the air purifier and the outlet is bad, and the code cannot reach unless it is placed between the bed and the desk. After confirming, an air purifier is installed in the room."

"The front desk was very kind. I was really grateful ...! As for the room, it was clean and convenient, such as the shower and toilet were separated. Various amenities were also available, and I was happy that there was a yukata in the building. Access is good and it is hard to be close to the station and convenience store. This time, the public bath and breakfast were not available for time, but the breakfast looked delicious with a very good smell ...! Very good hotel with total full score!"

Hotel B4T Iwaki

Hotels in Iwaki
Seamless journeys, comfortable stays. All with your trusty Suica. The hotel is directly connected to JR Iwaki Station. Guests can look forward to heading straight to bed! There are 2 accommodation styles: cabin type and room type. null

The atmosphere of the female staff at check-in was soft and the explanation was easy to understand! (⇦ When my mother went to ask because she didn't know the location of the parking lot, she came out and politely told me.) Also, the female staff at the breakfast venue was alone. I was working on it, I worked hard and was friendly! The rice was delicious too! It was good that the room had a separate toilet and bath 々! I never thought it was inconvenient to stay!

The first room, 801, smelled of paint, so I was glad they changed me to a different room. Breakfast was delicious. There's a supermarket right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient. The windows can be opened fully without locking, which is good for ventilation, but it's dangerous and I hope they improve that.

Stayed in a single room for one night in May 2024 [Pros] - The room was clean. [Cons] - No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in. - The bathroom dressing room was small. - I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator. - The convenience store was a little far away. - The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room. [Overall Review] This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station.

I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and price, but the front desk lady was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I checked in. She didn't even make eye contact and treated me like a business. I thought parking (second parking lot) was free, but it was actually 700 yen. I asked, ”Oh really?” and she just said yes, and that was the end of the conversation. No explanation. (A sign in the hotel said that parking fees were paid by the hotel, but that third parking lot was paid.) I didn't want to continue the conversation any further, so I gave up. I was also surprised when I asked for additional breakfast and the price was displayed on a calculator! Other than the front desk, this hotel is satisfactory.

The hotel staff were polite and accommodating. I tried calling them before my check in date and they responded to my questions. The hotel also have free drinks corner. If you want to do laundry, it's also available and you just need a few coins. Breakfast is also affordable and has good choices. They also have a 500yen food during dinner time and it's eat all you want. In terms of room, it's also spacious if you have luggage with you. The bed is comfy as well. Location wise - it's near the bus stop and taxi area so it's easy for you to go anywhere. AEON mall, grocery shops, and restaurants are just a few minutes walk.

We enjoyed the hot springs and the pool, but it was difficult to find our way to the outdoor pool and the South Wing, especially since it was our first time. It would have been nice if there were more amenities in the room.
