"The atmosphere of the female staff at check-in was soft and the explanation was easy to understand! (⇦ When my mother went to ask because she didn't know the location of the parking lot, she came out and politely told me.) Also, the female staff at the breakfast venue was alone. I was working on it, I worked hard and was friendly! The rice was delicious too! It was good that the room had a separate toilet and bath 々! I never thought it was inconvenient to stay!"

"The breakfast was delicious, there was a large public bath and an open-air bath, the view from the room was great, and the front desk staff were excellent. My only complaint was that even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was unbearable, so I contacted the front desk. They changed my room. The smell was much less than in the first room, but it was still slightly noticeable. It seemed like the smell had soaked into the wallpaper. That was the only disappointing thing."

"I checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in. The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese. The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there. The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious. I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night. I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine. The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there."

"I stayed in a twin room x 2 room because it was used for 4 family members to return home. It was close to the station, so when I opened the curtain, I could see the train. However, there was no noise, and on the contrary, I liked it because it had an extraordinary feeling. The children were happy that the breakfast was delicious. If I wrote it forcibly, I had a little trouble operating the air conditioner (it was resolved immediately). I think it is a good hotel overall. I still want to use it."

Beautiful hotel, with impeccable service. Spacious room with bathroom and separate toilets. The dinner and breakfast served in a private room were absolutely amazing, with every dish and ingredient of very high quality. Large onsen with all facilities. This stay was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended hotel.

ホテルの設備、清潔感、価格には満足ですが、フロントの女性が無愛想でチェックインから不快感を覚えてしまった。目も合わせることも無く、完全に事務的な対応。 駐車場（第二駐車場）の料金は無料と思いきや有料¥700とのこと。えっそうなの？と聞いても、はい。で会話終了。説明無し。（ホテル内貼り紙には、駐車場料金はホテル負担。第三駐車場は有料との記載）それ以上会話するのも嫌になりあきらめた。更に追加で朝食をお願いしたら、電卓で価格を提示された時にはビックリ！フロント以外は満足できるホテルです。

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

The first room, 801, smelled of paint, so I was glad they changed me to a different room. Breakfast was delicious. There's a supermarket right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient. The windows can be opened fully without locking, which is good for ventilation, but it's dangerous and I hope they improve that.

Stayed in a single room for one night in May 2024 [Pros] - The room was clean. [Cons] - No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in. - The bathroom dressing room was small. - I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator. - The convenience store was a little far away. - The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room. [Overall Review] This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station.

I enjoyed the hot springs and pools, but it was difficult to understand for the first time, such as how to get to the outdoor pool and how to get to the South Building. It would have been nice to have more amenities and rooms.
