"This is my second stay.
The response of the woman at the front desk is as good as ever.
I used it again because it was cheap even though it had breakfast buffet.
If you want to say, when you start cleaning up during the meal, you feel that you are not calm at all and are rushed, so I would like you to improve the start cleaning up at the same time as the reception ends at 8:45. The customer's feeling is quite different just by getting them to start cleaning up 15 minutes later.
At the front desk, the reception ends at 8:45 until 9:00. While the guide is that, it's a little bit that the cleaning starts from 8:45 ...
Other customers came in before 8:45, but they said, ”I'll start cleaning up in 2.3 minutes, but can I eat it? Then take it quickly.” I thought it was amazing.
Also, the bread was hard. When I cleaned it up, I was in a plastic bag on the spot, even though I should have done it in the kitchen, so I thought. Then I'm worried about hygiene.
You can have one drink at the front desk, but now there are many hotels with free drinks, so I thought it was only one cup ...
Also, don't you need posters such as ”Let's keep social distance” anymore?"

"Taking advantage of the opportunity to visit the city, I chose this hotel for the night. The tatami room is very Showa. Because it is a mountain view room, it is very quiet at night. The focus is on the hot springs in the hotel. I heard that it is one of the three ancient springs in Japan. The hot springs are characterized by high temperature. After the soaking, I feel that the fatigue of the day has been lifted. There are convenience stores, laundry rooms, JR stations and other facilities within 5 minutes of walking near the hotel. It is a good choice for sightseeing in the city."

"3 minutes walk from Izumi station. Convenience store is also nearby. The building is clean and the large communal bath is beautiful. Breakfast is small but sufficient. Coffee is also free. There are few places to eat dinner nearby, so you can eat it at the hotel. I was able to spend the night quietly. There was a shuttle bus to the Iwaki Sunshine Sunshine Marathon venue, which was very helpful."

Beautiful hotel, with impeccable service. Spacious room with bathroom and separate toilets. The dinner and breakfast served in a private room were absolutely amazing, with every dish and ingredient of very high quality. Large onsen with all facilities. This stay was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended hotel.

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

I made a reservation at short notice two weeks in advance, but was able to use the facility at a reasonable price. The breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied. It would have been even better if there had been a large communal bath. I was able to be very active on the day. I would like to use the facility again.
