Hotels with Parking in Matera

A small charming place with very friendly hosts. The room was clean and bathroom was modern. There’s a breathtaking view of the Sassi just a couple of steps away from the place. The hosts were helpful in suggesting possible parking areas. Do note that the parking is some distance away so be prepared if you are coming with heavy bags.

The view from this hotel is absolutely stunning; you can see the entire Sassi district at a single glance. It’s also very easy to access by taxi, which is a huge plus in Matera. The room was spotless, including the bathroom and sink, and the staff welcomed us with such warmth. The breakfast was delicious, but the view from the breakfast area was the real highlight. Having breakfast here felt like a sightseeing experience in itself. If you're coming to Matera, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We specifically came to Mateta for one night from the Salerno area to enjoy the spa and dinner. As always it did not disappoint! The junior suite room was spectacular. The spa was amazing. The a massages were amazing. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was delicious. The staff is great. Good service for picking up guests from car park. Breakfast was included, pretty ok selection. Room is large but toliet wall was very bad maintain and dirty. Selfs and table.has ants. The overall was fine but need some improvement on the bathroom wall. Same cost of bookings, some rooms are big, some are small.

The hotel room is very beautiful and spacious, very much like the design of this cave! Staff service is very good, location is very good, quiet in the middle of the Wangzhong

Located in the heart of Matera, which means you can’t get there by car, but the views and the room made up for the challenge of getting to it. Everyone was very professional. The room was large, clean and suited our needs. It felt like we were staying in someone’s mansion.

It's a small botique hotel, the front staff is really friendly, they helped to call the taxi, made restaurant for us and kept our luggage before and after our check out and all these done with a 😊. Location is fabulous too, sassi is veey near and good view point!

This is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.
