It is said that because there is a mountain view, all the good rooms with balconies have been lived, and they are all guests who stayed the night before.
It's outrageous. I just rushed to see the mountain view. I booked this hotel with a balcony room type. This hotel is more than 2000 nights in the city of Bolzano, and it has 18 square meters! ! Very expensive! I just want to see the window view, there is a balcony! !

But the feedback from this hotel itself was very broken. The front desk of the hotel told us that if we want to have a balcony with a window view, we will spend more than 1,300 yuan to upgrade the room type. The hotel itself has no way to compensate us for this worst room.

AAnonymous UserLovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts.
可爱的传统酒店和非常乐于助人的员工。2分钟步行到波尔扎诺火车站，乘早班火车很方便。工作人员都很乐于助人。我租来的车在酒店附近爆胎了，而且当时已经过了上班时间。酒店工作人员打了很多电话，终于找到一辆拖车帮我把车还给租赁公司。非常感谢他们的努力。

Zzmyzh房間不大，但基礎設施都有，乾淨整潔，位置很好，離博爾扎諾主教堂很近，附近餐廳購物等都很方便，作為遊覽多洛米蒂的中轉休息站可以。但是房間淋浴熱水需要改善，10月已經很冷了，洗澡時淋浴水温不夠，凍感冒了，第二晚直接不敢洗澡。
