I just rushed to see the mountain view. I booked this hotel with a balcony room type. This hotel is more than 2000 nights in the city of Bolzano, and it has 18 square meters! ! Very expensive! There is an oversized balcony in the core town, oversized window view and oversized suites only more than 2,000 Of course, the follow-up processing is satisfactory, Trip.com customer service feedback is very fast, and the compensation also makes us satisfied. 👍👍 But the feedback from this hotel itself was very broken. The front desk of the hotel told us that if we want to have a balcony with a window view, we will spend more than 1,300 yuan to upgrade the room type. The hotel itself has no way to compensate us for this worst room.
