A lovely boutique hotel sitting in the centre of Bolzano. A great concept to transfer an old villa house to a modern living and entertaining complex, including bars, restaurants and hotels.

The location is quite good, you can walk to the main attractions, the scenery outside the room window is good, the breakfast is simple but the quality is good, it is recommended to try a special drink. The service is quite good. Due to the failure of the rental vehicle, the front desk lady enthusiastically assisted in contacting the rental car dealership and took the initiative to write the vehicle reminder card. I will stay next time.

We have chosen Stadt Hotel Città due to its location right in front of the Christmas market and close proximity to Bolzano train station,within 5-8mins walk. Bolzano Christmas market is one of the oldest Christmas market in Italy and there were so much to explore in the old town. Highly recommend that you visit Bolzano before embarking your vacation to the Dolomites. We took direct train from Milan Centrale approximate 3hours journey. Heating is good during winter and wide selection of breakfast buffet spread. My family had a memorable winter holiday in the mesmerising beautiful town. However do take note that most shops and supermarkets were closed during the Christmas public holidays except for restaurants still operating in the hotel.

It is said that because there is a mountain view, all the good rooms with balconies have been lived, and they are all guests who stayed the night before. It's outrageous. I just rushed to see the mountain view. I booked this hotel with a balcony room type. This hotel is more than 2000 nights in the city of Bolzano, and it has 18 square meters! ! Very expensive! I just want to see the window view, there is a balcony! ! I am in Dolomiti. There is an oversized balcony in the core town, oversized window view and oversized suites only more than 2,000 Of course, the follow-up processing is satisfactory, Trip.com customer service feedback is very fast, and the compensation also makes us satisfied. 👍👍 But the feedback from this hotel itself was very broken. The front desk of the hotel told us that if we want to have a balcony with a window view, we will spend more than 1,300 yuan to upgrade the room type. The hotel itself has no way to compensate us for this worst room.

The location is excellent and very convenient, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. The facilities are quite good and new. I stayed for three consecutive nights. Although it stated that there was no housekeeping, I called the hotel for two consecutive days to inquire about some matters, but no one answered. So, it's more like a self-catering apartment than a full-service hotel, so you need to be prepared for that.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company.
