A lovely boutique hotel sitting in the centre of Bolzano. A great concept to transfer an old villa house to a modern living and entertaining complex, including bars, restaurants and hotels.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. The room has a nice view, and the breakfast, while simple, is of good quality; I recommend trying the unique drinks. The service was excellent. When the rental car broke down, the receptionist kindly helped contact the rental company and proactively wrote a vehicle information card. I would definitely stay here again.

There is an oversized balcony in the core town, oversized window view and oversized suites only more than 2,000 Of course, the follow-up processing is satisfactory, Trip.com customer service feedback is very fast, and the compensation also makes us satisfied. 👍👍 But the feedback from this hotel itself was very broken. The front desk of the hotel told us that if we want to have a balcony with a window view, we will spend more than 1,300 yuan to upgrade the room type. The hotel itself has no way to compensate us for this worst room.

My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company.
