A lovely boutique hotel sitting in the centre of Bolzano. A great concept to transfer an old villa house to a modern living and entertaining complex, including bars, restaurants and hotels.

A great hotel with original design and colors. All the service staff are very warm and cheerful. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. When I finally left, the old manager was very gentleman and sent me to the car to say goodbye. It was unforgettable.

볼차노 중심, 깨끗한 시설, 다 맘에 들었습니다. 오래된 건물을 리모델링 해서 그런지 분위기도 최고!!! 방도 넓고 방안에 와인 셀러도 있음. 단점이라면 와인셀러가 있는대신 냉장고가 없다는점과 핸드폰 충전 콘센트 위치가 애매함. 나머지는 다 좋음.

Very recommended hotel, 10 minutes from Bolzano Railway Station. The independent apartment can cook, and the tableware pot kitchen paper plastic wrap small refrigerator is complete. On the third floor of the building next to the hotel front desk, this building has no elevator but the staff will help with luggage including check-out. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. There is a shopping mall nearby, and there are supermarkets that can eat downstairs for shopping, and the transportation is convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk by bus. I don't have to consider ortsei. I personally think it is more convenient. There is a free guest pass, the hotel is cleaned every three days.

The hostel was clean and the boss at the reception desk?? The staff were friendly. There was a simple bar on the first floor, but I couldn't use it. Unfortunately, it was only one night because it was the middle of the trip, but I am satisfied. The surrounding square restaurants are also close It's a pity that the distance from the train station is about 10 minutes' walk. Most of the roads in the village are inconvenient to drag the suitcase. If it's not a suitcase, it's not a problem.

The room has no balcony, and it is facing the street view, which is completely inconsistent with the promotional photos 😡😡 We entered the store at 1:00 pm that day, which is equivalent to the earliest time we can check in on the day. The hotel told us that this double room type has mountain views, some have balconies, some have no mountain views, and some have no balconies, and they left the room type without mountain views and no balconies for us 😡😡😡 It is simply the worst room, even the room next to us, although it is a street view, but fortunately there is a balcony. It is said that because there is a mountain view, all the good rooms with balconies have been lived, and they are all guests who stayed the night before. It's outrageous. I just rushed to see the mountain view. I booked this hotel with a balcony room type. This hotel is more than 2000 nights in the city of Bolzano, and it has 18 square meters! ! Very expensive! I just want to see the window view, there is a balcony! ! I am in Dolomiti. There is an oversized balcony in the core town, oversized window view and oversized suites only more than 2,000 Of course, the follow-up processing is satisfactory, Trip.com customer service feedback is very fast, and the compensation also makes us satisfied. 👍👍 But the feedback from this hotel itself was very broken. The front desk of the hotel told us that if we want to have a balcony with a window view, we will spend more than 1,300 yuan to upgrade the room type. The hotel itself has no way to compensate us for this worst room.

The room was spacious and conveniently located near a train station, a large shopping mall, various clothing stores, snack shops, and a supermarket. The room was also very clean. The only issue was a sudden power outage on the first night, but thankfully the power was restored after 5 minutes.

There is free parking, a rich breakfast, and an outdoor swimming pool. Very close to the surrounding square

We choose to stay at Hotel Asterix, because our son who we were visiting lives close by in a dormitory, plus even though the price was still quite high, it was less than most of the hotels in the area. We were greeted cordially when we arrived and generally, all staff was very friendly. At the reception area, there were many flyers introducing to-dos in the area, including a city map. The room was quite small for three people, but sufficient and, what is always most important to me, it was very clean and the beds were comfy. The same goes for the bathroom - it was super clean and small, but despite that practical. Towels were provided as was the soap dispenser (hands, hair&body in the shower). For everything else, I guess, we could have asked, but there was no need for us - we always have our little travel version when on the way. The room & bathroom were made up and cleaned everyday properly. Altogether a pleasant stay! Check-in hours are 17:00-23:00, check out 8:00-10:00; usually it wouldn't be very convenient for us - earlier check-in let's say starting 14:00) and later check-out (12:00) would be so much better - but this time, for once, it fit our travel plans perfectly, on arrival as well as at departure.
