Hotels with Breakfast in Bolzano

A lovely boutique hotel sitting in the centre of Bolzano. A great concept to transfer an old villa house to a modern living and entertaining complex, including bars, restaurants and hotels.

The location is quite good, you can walk to the main attractions, the scenery outside the room window is good, the breakfast is simple but the quality is good, it is recommended to try a special drink. The service is quite good. Due to the failure of the rental vehicle, the front desk lady enthusiastically assisted in contacting the rental car dealership and took the initiative to write the vehicle reminder card. I will stay next time.

The room is large. Very clean

Very recommended hotel, 10 minutes from Bolzano Railway Station. The independent apartment can cook, and the tableware pot kitchen paper plastic wrap small refrigerator is complete. On the third floor of the building next to the hotel front desk, this building has no elevator but the staff will help with luggage including check-out. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. There is a shopping mall nearby, and there are supermarkets that can eat downstairs for shopping, and the transportation is convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk by bus. I don't have to consider ortsei. I personally think it is more convenient. There is a free guest pass, the hotel is cleaned every three days.

The room has no balcony, and it is facing the street view, which is completely inconsistent with the promotional photos 😡😡 We entered the store at 1:00 pm that day, which is equivalent to the earliest time we can check in on the day. The hotel told us that this double room type has mountain views, some have balconies, some have no mountain views, and some have no balconies, and they left the room type without mountain views and no balconies for us 😡😡😡 It is simply the worst room, even the room next to us, although it is a street view, but fortunately there is a balcony. It is said that because there is a mountain view, all the good rooms with balconies have been lived, and they are all guests who stayed the night before. It's outrageous. I just rushed to see the mountain view. I booked this hotel with a balcony room type. This hotel is more than 2000 nights in the city of Bolzano, and it has 18 square meters! ! Very expensive! I just want to see the window view, there is a balcony! ! I am in Dolomiti. There is an oversized balcony in the core town, oversized window view and oversized suites only more than 2,000 Of course, the follow-up processing is satisfactory, Trip.com customer service feedback is very fast, and the compensation also makes us satisfied. 👍👍 But the feedback from this hotel itself was very broken. The front desk of the hotel told us that if we want to have a balcony with a window view, we will spend more than 1,300 yuan to upgrade the room type. The hotel itself has no way to compensate us for this worst room.

The location is excellent and very convenient, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. The facilities are quite good and new. I stayed for three consecutive nights. Although it stated that there was no housekeeping, I called the hotel for two consecutive days to inquire about some matters, but no one answered. So, it's more like a self-catering apartment than a full-service hotel, so you need to be prepared for that.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts. 可爱的传统酒店和非常乐于助人的员工。2分钟步行到波尔扎诺火车站，乘早班火车很方便。工作人员都很乐于助人。我租来的车在酒店附近爆胎了，而且当时已经过了上班时间。酒店工作人员打了很多电话，终于找到一辆拖车帮我把车还给租赁公司。非常感谢他们的努力。

We choose to stay at Hotel Asterix, because our son who we were visiting lives close by in a dormitory, plus even though the price was still quite high, it was less than most of the hotels in the area. We were greeted cordially when we arrived and generally, all staff was very friendly. At the reception area, there were many flyers introducing to-dos in the area, including a city map. The room was quite small for three people, but sufficient and, what is always most important to me, it was very clean and the beds were comfy. The same goes for the bathroom - it was super clean and small, but despite that practical. Towels were provided as was the soap dispenser (hands, hair&body in the shower). For everything else, I guess, we could have asked, but there was no need for us - we always have our little travel version when on the way. The room & bathroom were made up and cleaned everyday properly. Altogether a pleasant stay! Check-in hours are 17:00-23:00, check out 8:00-10:00; usually it wouldn't be very convenient for us - earlier check-in let's say starting 14:00) and later check-out (12:00) would be so much better - but this time, for once, it fit our travel plans perfectly, on arrival as well as at departure.
