Hotels with Breakfast in Bolzano

This modern hotel, centrally located in Bolzano, just 100 meters from the train station, appears to be excellently maintained. Our room, facing the Südtiroler Straße, was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I didn't care for the interior decor. There's a multi-story office building across the street. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows. To have some privacy, we had to close the curtains. This brings us to the main issue. All the curtains are dark brown, even the ones covering the otherwise completely open glass shower. This makes the room feel dark and uncomfortable. Breakfast is served on the top floor and is of good quality and extensive. What seems rather illogical to me is that a chef prepares egg dishes live within the buffet, but then you have to order them at your table through the service!?! The service could be significantly better. While staff are constantly bustling through the restaurant, there's no recognizable concept or leadership. On one occasion, I had to get up and interrupt the staff's conversation to place an order for scrambled eggs. Breakfast could also be had on the adjoining rooftop terrace, where smoking is permitted even during meals. The corresponding doors were wide open, with the unpleasant side effect of smoke drifting into the dining area. The service overall, especially at the reception, was very friendly and helpful. Conclusion: A modern, well-equipped hotel in a prime location. However, due to the comfortable but uncomfortable rooms and the sometimes chaotic conditions at breakfast, I can only recommend Hotel Falkensteiner Bolzano with reservations.

A lovely boutique hotel sitting in the centre of Bolzano. A great concept to transfer an old villa house to a modern living and entertaining complex, including bars, restaurants and hotels.

The location is quite good, you can walk to the main attractions, the scenery outside the room window is good, the breakfast is simple but the quality is good, it is recommended to try a special drink. The service is quite good. Due to the failure of the rental vehicle, the front desk lady enthusiastically assisted in contacting the rental car dealership and took the initiative to write the vehicle reminder card. It is said that because there is a mountain view, all the good rooms with balconies have been lived, and they are all guests who stayed the night before. It's outrageous. I just rushed to see the mountain view. I booked this hotel with a balcony room type. This hotel is more than 2000 nights in the city of Bolzano, and it has 18 square meters! ! Very expensive! I just want to see the window view, there is a balcony! ! I am in Dolomiti. There is an oversized balcony in the core town, oversized window view and oversized suites only more than 2,000 Of course, the follow-up processing is satisfactory, Trip.com customer service feedback is very fast, and the compensation also makes us satisfied. 👍👍 But the feedback from this hotel itself was very broken. The front desk of the hotel told us that if we want to have a balcony with a window view, we will spend more than 1,300 yuan to upgrade the room type. The hotel itself has no way to compensate us for this worst room.

Behind the building is a residential area for wealthy locals, so overall it's a very safe area. Secondly, the room is very large, much larger than I imagined. The location is also excellent; there's a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient, and it's also close to a commercial area.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. 房間不大，但基礎設施都有，乾淨整潔，位置很好，離博爾扎諾主教堂很近，附近餐廳購物等都很方便，作為遊覽多洛米蒂的中轉休息站可以。但是房間淋浴熱水需要改善，10月已經很冷了，洗澡時淋浴水温不夠，凍感冒了，第二晚直接不敢洗澡。
