Really helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

Guest UserThe room was clean, and both the front desk staff and the doormen were very welcoming and helpful. They were proactive in assisting with any questions I had. The breakfast was also good, quite friendly, and they even provided chopsticks, which was a nice touch.

lizettoI recommend this place for stay in Mataram . Comfortable , have all what you need for not expensive price. Hot water , clean bedsheets, air conditioner also make room cool . Near a lot of places with food , Lombok epicentrum mall. So calm at nigt . Hotel have small pool with fish and i think my sleep was good because of water sound from first floor .

JamunjiThe facility is clean and the staff are excellent. It is centrally located and you’re able to access many beaches with less than a hour drive. There is free motorbike parking as well. Restaurant is great value also.
Where to improve: the bed sheets had blood on it from previous guest - they changed it at my request. There was dirty tissue in the cupboard from previous guest. There is no soap provided. The trash can was filthy and attracted ants so I put it outside and the ants were no longer an issue.

It was a solid and clean room. I arrived very late, but I could still checkin and they even brought me to a restaurant to get some food. They were very friendly, but we had an internet outage, which was probably not their fault.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

It's a low-budget hotel. But it was almost flawless.
It was relatively clean (a few stains on the wall). Bedding was clean, air conditioning worked great, hot water, plenty of space to unpack things, private parking and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Only downsides:
- The mattress was dead! You rolled to the middle and had back pain the next morning
- Dirty water came out of the tap every now and then.
Otherwise we were very satisfied. Thank you for the stay.
