GGuest UserA modern and cozy hotel just walkable distance to NTB Islamic Centre.
Stay one night after a day trip to benang stokel and benang kelambu waterfalls before fly back to KL on next day. Need a good rest. This cozy hotel delivered what i need for a rest. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel.

GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, it's clean, and the service is great! There's also an airport shuttle service, so it's easy to get there. There's a laundry right next door, and this is a great laundry place. I think I'll visit again next time I go to Lombok.

SSergey MitrofanovIf you need to stay in the center of Mataram, this is a great option. For the price, everything was great. The room was big, everything worked. The staff was friendly. Just be prepared for the fact that very early in the morning all the mosques around start calling for prayer.

YYing Wei BoonGood, I always stay here if I go to Mataram. Location good easy to go to Malls and restaurants. Beside hotel got Alfamart but close early.
Everything is not bad just one thing I not satisfied with, I always walk far to check in hotel but the card always not working first time I checked in.. need to walk very far to lobby again hope can improve system

AAlex und VanessaIt's a low-budget hotel. But it was almost flawless.
It was relatively clean (a few stains on the wall). Bedding was clean, air conditioning worked great, hot water, plenty of space to unpack things, private parking and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Only downsides:
- The mattress was dead! You rolled to the middle and had back pain the next morning
- Dirty water came out of the tap every now and then.
Otherwise we were very satisfied. Thank you for the stay.

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
