Guest UserOur stay was Excellent! Exactly what we needed after a long 2 day travel back from Sumbawa! The staff were amazing! So Warm and welcoming especially May! The room was also splendid! A big TV with Netflix, Good AC, and plenty of complimentary water bottles! We also got complimentary watermelon and mint drinks which were very nice! The food at the hotels restaurant was also reasonably priced and very tasty! Would recommend a stay here to anyone especially as a layover to Bangsal ferry port!

My experience after staying 3 weeks at the Favohotel, is that it’s a very nice hotel. I was there on a holiday and also doing some work on the computer. The hotel is good when you travel for both business purposes or just holidays. The staff is verry friendly and kind. The food is great and HALAL, so for my follow muslim travelers, rest assured your in safe hands. Overall i will definitely come back and stay at the Favohotel, because i really liked it!!

Its a short stay as my nxt flight is in the morning room is spacious aircon awsome super cold staffs are friendly even upgraded me to family room but down side is the room is quite far..but love how affordable this hotel is.. my to go hotel if im in lombok

Emilyj9We stayed here for two nights! Unfortunately we couldn’t experience the centre of Mataram as we both fell ill prior to arriving here.
But the hotel was gorgeous, the room was a good size, we had a pool view which was lovely and overlooked the hills too. The food was lovely they have the main restaurant and the small cafe near reception for dinner.
The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming!
Would definitely recommend here to none staying in Mataram!

The rooms are very clean and the front desk service is very warm. It is very close to the largest mosque. There is a broadcast to pray at around 5 am. There is less food nearby, you need to go out to find it, there is a barbecue at the entrance of the hotel at night, but the variety is rarely eaten! The picture is a mosque!

Really helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good location and made my stay in Mataram very enjoyable.
