"The hotel is nice, with a consistent design and decent execution. It feels like they tried to maintain a simple, recognizable style. It felt a bit like a large chain. However, the room showed noticeable signs of overcrowding. A simple paint refresh on the walls, a few touches like the curtain and mirror in the bathroom, and a minor renovation of the bathroom itself, along with replacing the non-functioning fan, would make it ideal for an overnight stop before the ferry. It's unusual to have breakfast served in your room, as there's no dining area. Of the three water coolers, only one had hot water. Overall, it's not bad, but some renovations and replacements are needed. The hotel has a warung, which serves excellent local dishes at a good price; you can order them directly from your room."

"Nothing about this place was good and a total garbage dump if you ask me. They actually gave me a room with GIGANTIC COCHROACHES & NO BLANKET? ***? I can't believe this company is still in business all throughout Southeast Asia. I thought I would try them and I totally regret it. Horrible location, horrible sleeping conditions and TERRIBLY OVERPRICED for Indonesia with shitty staff. Even my friend who stayed in the room next to mine said the towel was the size of his nuts and his air conditioner was just dripping out warm air. If you want a nightmare hotel for Halloween and you waste your money stay at Red Doors it's the best place for it!? 👎🏿"

"The place is super clean, spacious and located in a quiet place of Mataram. Ideally placed, you can visit many places in Lombok with a scooter. The staff is super nice, it's an incredible meeting. Ananta also offers surfing lessons. The breakfast coffee is delicious. We will return with great pleasure!"
