Guest UserOur stay was Excellent! Exactly what we needed after a long 2 day travel back from Sumbawa! The staff were amazing! So Warm and welcoming especially May! The room was also splendid! A big TV with Netflix, Good AC, and plenty of complimentary water bottles! We also got complimentary watermelon and mint drinks which were very nice! The food at the hotels restaurant was also reasonably priced and very tasty! Would recommend a stay here to anyone especially as a layover to Bangsal ferry port!

Alaybri WongkarThis hotel is located in the center of Mataram, and I see many people coming here with friends and family. You can also refill your drinks here, so you don't have to worry about getting thirsty in your room. There's a mixue next to the hotel, so you can also buy ice cream. 🙂

It's a low-budget hotel. But it was almost flawless.
It was relatively clean (a few stains on the wall). Bedding was clean, air conditioning worked great, hot water, plenty of space to unpack things, private parking and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Only downsides:
- The mattress was dead! You rolled to the middle and had back pain the next morning
- Dirty water came out of the tap every now and then.
Otherwise we were very satisfied. Thank you for the stay.
