This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Stayed here with a friend and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel's location is convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. It offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Belfast. The only minor issue was that the twin room had one large bed and one small bed, which wasn't what was stated in the booking.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The soundproofing was also good. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. Grand Central is in great location in heart of Belfast. Fantastic staff who are friendly and always on hand to help. At reception Matthew warmly welcomed us and we had a wonderful time Saturday afternoon lounging in the Observatory ,sipping delicious cocktails and enjoying the beautiful Belfast skyline. Breakfast was lovely with 2 highlights for me ; chef made me perfect poached eggs upon request - thank you! Also variety of mango, mixed berry etc. smoothies were freshly made and served during breakfast; delicious! Would thoroughly recommend for a short city break and Belfast too was buzzing! Will be back again December!

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff, and a huge room.Cons: The room had an internal connecting door to the neighboring room (likely a family option), which meant zero soundproofing. I could hear every single thing from next door — it felt like the neighbors were right there in my room. It was EXTREMELY noisy. As for the cleaning, there were someone’s nail clippings on the carpet and hair in the corners, it is unacceptable level of hygiene. Cleanliness and housekeeping are definitely not this hotel's strong suits.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

My room was lovely, very inviting and pleasant, especially the bay window with a bean bag was a nice touch. Excellent customer service  with a complimentary drink for using the self check service. Thank you I will definitely visit again 😁😁😁😁

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

From Belfast International Airport, take bus No. 300 to Queen Street, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the commercial street and some attractions, and can be reached quickly by walking or taking the bus.
