"Fantastic location! It's right opposite the famous Assembly Buildings, and super close to City Hall, the main shopping area, and the city tour bus stops. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby. Aside from the inconvenient parking, it's a perfect choice. The hotel service is excellent, and breakfast offers both meat and vegetarian options. However, there aren't many vegetable choices, and I hope they can add more variety. The room was very quiet, and I'd recommend asking for a high-floor room if possible."

"I felt kinda disappointed. Had a couple of issues with my room while I was there. The clogged drain was fixed fine. But they never did anything about the broken air conditioner unit. Very uncomfortable to sleep when the room was so hot. Even the guest service operator sounded doubtful that the maintenance team would get to it. Breakfast was decent. The offerings were the same everyday. Good option if your room rate covers that. For location it's also not as good as I hoped. This hotel seems on the map to be close to the Belfast ICC. However, its main entrance is on the complete opposite side of the building. You essentially walk entirely around the outside before reaching the ICC doors. If I return to Belfast I'll stay somewhere else."
