OOopslalaThe Novotel Suite is equipped with a microwave and drinking water dispenser, which is very convenient. Depending on the room type, slippers and other amenities are provided. The room's design details are quite nice; there are enough electrical outlets. The bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms, but they feel like small, prefabricated plastic units, which is quite interesting.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best.

NNetteluoWe only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

- no lift, so if you, as we are on the transit night, have to swing with bags of more than 10kg until the third floor is just a little less fun. There are only 4 in total so much worse it can't be happy ... 😉
- on the other side of the street is a small discotheque where music is absolutely no problem, even with a window open in our room ... Unfortunately there is a door through which, when we were there, which were fighting young people out and then put up to 4 a.m. the morning ... There was no outdoor wiper to call them to order ...

NNatalia_APThe room is quite clean, not far from the center about 15 minutes maximum. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a tram stop and a shopping center.
The only thing missing was a kettle, which was not in the room.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was close to the city center.
The downside was that the room was incredibly small, with tiny windows and a poor view. There was also a side beam on one side of the bed, which kicked my foot while I slept, causing considerable pain.
I suggest downgrading the hotel from 4 stars to 3 stars, so expectations aren't too high and disappointment isn't too great.

Overall helpful & customer oriented staff.
I would especially like to note the buffet breakfasts, which are very varied, quite unexpected for France. Unfortunately, due to the lack of efficiency of the staff in this part, there were interruptions in both the replenishment of food on the table and with dishes/cutlery

张张孔Parking is inconvenient and expensive. Everything else is fine, bigger than Ibis elsewhere, but old. The elevator is too small. It is very close to the church and the downtown commercial street, one step away from shopping.
