Hotels with Breakfast in Rouen

Overall, these are very decent apartments with a good location. Despite the windows facing the road, it was very quiet; the road didn't disturb my sleep, and the traffic wasn't heavy. The air conditioning worked well, which was crucial given the 35-degree heat in Rouen. Now for the bad part. Nowhere, neither on the Accor website where these apartments are listed, nor on Trip.com where they were booked, is there any mention of a required deposit of 150 euros. This constitutes a failure to provide clients with important, accurate information. This feels rather shady, gentlemen! When you take advantage of your clients, who are tired after a journey, and force them to choose between paying a deposit or sleeping on the street. Especially since the stay was already paid for with a non-refundable rate. As a client, I SHOULD have known about this in advance. But you failed to provide me with this information, which is confirmed in writing by Trip.com support. If a deposit is taken, there should be an inventory of the room's contents, because if there's any damage, you have the right to refer to that inventory. There was nothing of the sort here. Yet, the money was blocked. Now you can just invent any damage for the client, can't you? Don't you value your reputation? I will not stay at an Adagio property again, and I won't recommend them to others.

Besides being a wonderful hotel, it is wonderfully maintained and maintained by wonderful people, we have taken care of us in an exceptional way and I can tell you that they are people who are really trained to their career As there are rarely in France, this hotel deserves five stars

This hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of the bustling city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed offered the perfect balance of firmness and softness, ensuring a very restful sleep. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, making it a highly satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend it to friends!

The Novotel Suite is equipped with a microwave and drinking water dispenser, which is very convenient. Depending on the room type, slippers and other amenities are provided. The room's design details are quite nice; there are enough electrical outlets. The bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms, but they feel like small, prefabricated plastic units, which is quite interesting.

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

This hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen). Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable. Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey. The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights. Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy.

A very comfortable hotel with decent contents and not far from the city center. Overall helpful & customer oriented staff. I would especially like to note the buffet breakfasts, which are very varied, quite unexpected for France. Unfortunately, due to the lack of efficiency of the staff in this part, there were interruptions in both the replenishment of food on the table and with dishes/cutlery

Excellent location. I highly recommend it, with a shopping center across the street and the metro just 2 minutes away.

Good stay Apt 201 - One-week stay with a family of 4. To improve the apartment, I advise the establishment to clean the window frames and sills, add a cotton bath mat and a kitchen cloth, clean the headboard, check the shower gel refill (it was empty on arrival), add an extra bin bag and toilet paper roll, a few large plates or a glass cutting board and a large knife for cutting vegetables, add a salad spinner, and repaint in some areas.

The location is decent, close to the long-distance bus terminal and not too far from the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, and the room was relatively spacious compared to what you usually find in hotels in France. The view was also nice and added to the overall experience. However, the air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, and the room was quite cold as a result. This is something the hotel should address to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
