Hotels with Breakfast in Rouen

This was one of the cities on our trip to France. The hotel had a wonderful location, a comfortable room, and was clean. The deposit couldn't be paid in cash, only by card.

The Novotel Suite is equipped with a microwave and drinking water dispenser, which is very convenient. Depending on the room type, slippers and other amenities are provided. The room's design details are quite nice; there are enough electrical outlets. The bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms, but they feel like small, prefabricated plastic units, which is quite interesting.

Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the old town is within a few steps, and the train station is within walking distance. The interior of the hotel combines tradition and modernity. The swimming pool on the lower floor of the lobby is a highlight of the hotel, with moderate water temperature and a quiet environment. The hotel is affiliated with Marriott Group and the service is in place. After the guests check in, the front desk of the hotel must be praised by the non-luggage service staff accompanying the room. The service has not been experienced by the domestic five-star hotel. Breakfast Western style, small and exquisite environment, the only regret is that there is no Asian variety.

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

Great hotel to stay in Rouen - easy to get from train station (15 min by foot or 5 min by tram). Clean and tidy room, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast - better to book in advance.

The main and undisputed advantage of the hotel is its location, literally two steps from the Ruan Cathedral, while still quite close to the bus stop (FlixBus and BlablacarBus) Hotel is small, no elevator (for someone it is an important moment). Maximum welcoming staff. The room has a mini-freezer, a smooth board (the tug can be taken on the floor, there is a teapot). Bedding and towels are cleanest. From the downsides - very high hearing from the corridor, there is no air conditioner (but in the days of my stay he did not need), in the nearby yard bar, the visitors of which, unfortunately, are heard quite late. And in general for its price an excellent option for several nights.

A very comfortable hotel with decent contents and not far from the city center. Overall helpful & customer oriented staff. I would especially like to note the buffet breakfasts, which are very varied, quite unexpected for France. Unfortunately, due to the lack of efficiency of the staff in this part, there were interruptions in both the replenishment of food on the table and with dishes/cutlery

Good stay Apt 201 - One-week stay with a family of 4. To improve the apartment, I advise the establishment to clean the window frames and sills, add a cotton bath mat and a kitchen cloth, clean the headboard, check the shower gel refill (it was empty on arrival), add an extra bin bag and toilet paper roll, a few large plates or a glass cutting board and a large knife for cutting vegetables, add a salad spinner, and repaint in some areas.

Walking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.
