Breakfast isn't included and is relatively expensive—a few minutes' walk away, you can get a good cup of coffee and a delicious croissant or pain au chocolat for half the price. All in all, this hotel is more than adequate."

"The hotel is located quite far, on higher ground. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, which is a bit far, and the walk back was uphill and left me breathless! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the room I was given was on the back side of the hill, so the view of the city wasn't great. A room facing the city would have been much better! The breakfast was excellent, very well prepared. The tea bags were from Kusmi and tasted great. The coffee was also delicious, and there were salmon, ham, cheese, etc., all very elegant!"

When we arrived the receptionist told us that there was no hot water and offered to stay in another location about 5 mins walk from there without any additional fees.
