The hotel is in a good location, a few steps into the old city, opposite a high school school. Go to the palace, the broken bridge, and the free ferry can be walked. The manager was very warm and thoughtful, helped to park, explained the place to eat, drink and play around, and felt very warm. The biggest highlight of the house is the overall kitchen, where you can cook by yourself. The most satisfying hotel on this trip.

This is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it.

Hotel location is particularly good, just next to the Pope's Palace, opposite the Opera House and City Hall; there are many restaurants downstairs, and there is a direct road in front of the hotel to the train station for more than 10 minutes. The layout of the room is reasonable, according to the hotel requirements, if you want to clean the room, you need to tell the front desk before 11 o'clock. I forgot to say that I went back to the room at night and found that it was cleaned. It was a surprise! When checking out the luggage, I was repeatedly confirmed whether it was a Vietnamese. I knew that it was from China. Very good! The reception desk is a bit small and there are too many people to wait in line.

The location is quiet and it is very convenient to visit the ancient city. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

The room does not have gauze curtains. The weather was hot and there were mosquitoes during the few days I was there. I could not open the window for natural ventilation and the ventilation was poor. If you need to clean the room, you must tell me in advance (I didn't tell you when I checked in), otherwise it will not be cleaned. The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, but there are many homeless people on that street. Overall, it is average.

Stayed here with the kids! The room was huge! Two king beds, a great hotel! Clean and tidy, and it has a swimming pool!

The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station and a 40-minute drive from Arles. A Carrefour supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. The rooms are quiet and clean, with a kitchenette for simple cooking. Purified water and sparkling water are available on the first floor of the hotel. There is public parking in the back.

Hotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

Small room, which was probably dependent on the type of room booked, the description was so drastic but not to draw where practically only bed took the room and between bed and wall at the foot you just passed through. The evening before we wanted to take dinner in this moodful room, which wasn't going, just in another restaurant room (also ok, but not so beautiful), but the next evening we saw guests at the big beautiful fireplace in the “breaking room” eat there.. I find that without explanation a bad service. in the early evening. Because of the lift and lack of comfort in the room, I would book somewhere else at the next trip despite the location directly at the Pope Palace.
