The hotel is in a good location, a few steps into the old city, opposite a high school school. Go to the palace, the broken bridge, and the free ferry can be walked. The location is quiet and it is very convenient to visit the ancient city. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

Located near one of the entrances to the old part of the city, the room was comfortable and quite spacious. The mattress was excellent, but unfortunately there was only one pillow per person. Hotels usually have at least two pillows. There was a built-in closet with shelves and a wardrobe compartment. In the shower, the shampoo and shower gel were in packets and there was no soap. Interestingly, we were given one set of soap and towels for two people. The hotel has a laundry service. Washing costs 3 euros, drying 2 euros. The finale is essentially empty, but it's there. The breakfast was surprisingly varied. Four types of cheese, stewed vegetables, and cold cuts. The hotel accepts cards and cash. If paying with cash, make sure you have the exact amount and no change.

The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station and a 40-minute drive from Arles. A Carrefour supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. The rooms are quiet and clean, with a kitchenette for simple cooking. Purified water and sparkling water are available on the first floor of the hotel. There is public parking in the back.

The receptionist was rude and not hospitable, couldn't find our booking, wanted to charge us twice, said we couldn't park at the parkimg as a reservation was required even though on trip.com it was explicity written no reservation for parking required and the toilet door was broken, found some stuff from previous client in the bathroom as well. The pool is very nice though

Hotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

Good location, convenient to go everywhere, the hotel is clean and tidy, it's good to live alone, I will stay here next time, the service is good, but the location is OK. It's worth recommending, but it's a little expensive
