Hotels with balcony in Avignon

We totally enjoyed our stay in Cloitre des Augustins in Avignon! We had 2 rooms and stayed for 6 nights with family. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Air conditioning is perfect and with all utensils for making meals. The location is wonderful with lots of cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Also walkable to all major attractions such as the Pont d’Avignon (the broken bridge) and Palais de Papes. About 15 minutes walk to Avignon Centre train station which is a bonus if you plan to travel to nearby towns like Arles or Nimes by train. Convenient location and nice rooms. Besides, the host Patrick and his wife are helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended

The room is biased towards classical and natural style. The room is large. There is a small room to put luggage at the door. The wash basin is a large iron shell. The bathtub is very deep and it is very comfortable to sit down. The garden is very large, known as the largest private garden in Avignon, with hundreds of years of eucalyptus trees, palms, a small bamboo forest, and even a goldfish pond. When the wind blows, the sound of the tree makes people fascinated. On one side of the garden is a small but delicate swimming pool surrounded by flowers and trees. The hotel does not provide lunch and dinner, but it is very close to the city center and it is very convenient to go out to eat. There are not many breakfast options, but the quality is very good. The bread is organic cereal, fresh and delicious, you can call it an omelette or scrambled eggs. This hotel is definitely the first choice for Avignon, you can experience the pure French style.
