"Located near one of the entrances to the old part of the city, the room was comfortable and quite spacious. The mattress was excellent, but unfortunately there was only one pillow per person. Hotels usually have at least two pillows. There was a built-in closet with shelves and a wardrobe compartment. In the shower, the shampoo and shower gel were in packets and there was no soap. Interestingly, we were given one set of soap and towels for two people. The hotel has a laundry service. Washing costs 3 euros, drying 2 euros. The finale is essentially empty, but it's there. The breakfast was surprisingly varied. Four types of cheese, stewed vegetables, and cold cuts. The hotel accepts cards and cash. If paying with cash, make sure you have the exact amount and no change."

"We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel."

"The hotel room is very spacious, with a courtyard and a pool, offering a very elegant environment. They provide towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and tissues, all from the French brand L'Occitane. Very close to the Pope's Palace, walk for 3-4 minutes. Breakfast is good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, you can bring your own water cup to pack, but it is best to drink it in1-2 hours. The room is small and there is no view. Open the window will be a bit noisy. The service is OK, if you tip, you will be very happy 😂"

"Small room, which was probably dependent on the type of room booked, the description was so drastic but not to draw where practically only bed took the room and between bed and wall at the foot you just passed through. No cups or glasses in the room, the pipe water (no bottle of water for the guest) had to be taken directly from the hand! at the washing basin. The bathroom was clean and completely OK. But the wacky door to the room was unappetitely old-flecky. The lift was terribly old and you were afraid to stay sticked. The breakfast room was very nice, but when 2 more guests came to us, they had to set up new coffee for them because the cane was empty, which took, also the few plates of salami and cheese had almost eaten from us - the poor guests after us. The evening before we wanted to take dinner in this moodful room, which wasn't going, just in another restaurant room (also ok, but not so beautiful), but the next evening we saw guests at the big beautiful fireplace in the “breaking room” eat there.. I find that without explanation a bad service. in the early evening. Because of the lift and lack of comfort in the room, I would book somewhere else at the next trip despite the location directly at the Pope Palace."

"This hotel is very nice, with a separate yard, very quiet. Not far from the central station and the Palais des Papes, but also with a kitchen, you can eat it yourself. If you check in later than 7pm, the hotel will send you an email in the afternoon to inform you of the check-in method. It is very detailed. If the check-out time is earlier than the hotel front desk, please put the room card in the room and close the door. . The only bad thing is that there are no slippers. Take it with you. The hotel has its own car park, but it is estimated that it must be booked in advance, not much location."

The breakfast was very rich, especially the variety of juices, and the quality of the breakfast was very high. I was very surprised by the hotel."

Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

MMari-annThe hotel is on the main street from the railway station, about 5 minutes walk to it. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. There is no refrigerator or safe. The single room has a short closet, so you can't hang long things. I hung my trousers on a hanger and on the closet door. No elevator, for those who care. I didn't take breakfast. I'm happy with the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice. The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room. The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable.

For this price, you need to put your own sheets and set up your own bed, AND still have to send it downstairs (didn’t seem mandatory but encouraged). My ceiling walls were peeling, my bunk bed frame made of cold metal, and the tap was hard to control — water kept flowing out even if we pressed the knob lightly. I slept well on the first night but on the second, homeless people were screaming and harassing a girl, woke my roommates up and we weren’t sure if we should call the police. You’re better off another hostel. Breakfast variety was ok.
