KKatKKGAfter we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too.
We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan.
I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

GGuest UserThe price was affordable, and the room facilities and bedding exceeded my expectations. The central air conditioning was powerful, and the fragrance was lovely. There were also many value-added services, such as free pick-up and drop-off at the station, free laundry facilities, free use of desert photography clothing, and even many emergency medications provided free of charge. It was truly excellent value for money.
There are supermarkets, shopping malls, KFC, No. 9 Sichuan Pepper Chicken, Lao Wei Dao Rice Noodles, hot pot restaurants, and other food options nearby.
The most satisfying accommodation experience of my entire trip! [Wow!] Five-star recommendation!

They basically respond to all requests. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. It is the best place we have stayed in during our trip to Xinjiang. The hotel is so great, it must be rated five stars

The bedding is super comfortable, and the pillows are just the right height. The shower has excellent water pressure, and they even provide shower slippers. Downstairs, there's a snack night market, which is very convenient. Overall, this quality at this price is an absolute steal!

QQingshuimingyuexinFirst, the good points: The room was spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was incredibly fresh, especially the fruit – I had the sweetest Hami melon! The service was also excellent; the front desk lady was exceptionally sweet and really showed us the generosity and warmth of the Xinjiang people. The hotel's air conditioning was super effective, providing much-needed coolness in the scorching 50-degree summer heat.
Now for the downsides: The hot water in the shower was never hot. I took a shower on a summer afternoon and shivered from the cold. Later that evening, I had my son take a quick rinse, and even he felt the cold and opted not to wash his hair. Also, the shower floor was very slippery, but there was no anti-slip mat. While there was a tissue box in the room, it was empty. Plus, there were mosquitoes but no mosquito repellent. My son and I both got bitten after our showers. Luckily, I travel a lot for work and always have my own mosquito repellent in my luggage, which I plugged in. Otherwise, we would have been bitten much more. These issues definitely need improvement.

1First of all, the hotel has a very high cost-effectiveness, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete, especially the whole-house voice intelligent system, which can control the lights, curtains, etc. with just one sentence. It is full of technology, convenient and considerate.
2 Secondly, the hotel's service staff is warm and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, every detail makes people feel at home, and any needs can be responded to and resolved quickly.
3What surprised me most was that the hotel owner turned out to be a multiple desert off-road champion! He not only provided off-road vehicle rental services, but also personally recommended excellent desert surfing routes, allowing us to experience an exciting and unforgettable desert adventure. In short, this hotel is impeccable in terms of hardware facilities and service quality, and is highly recommended to friends traveling to Turpan!

The winery started out as a wine producer, and the newly added accommodation industry has a strong winery flavor in the design of the rooms. The decoration is very high-end, the sanitary environment and service are very good. Parking in the yard is free, convenient and safe. The breakfast is also great. You can also visit the wine cellar. It is the best choice for business trips and tourism. I will come often in the future

The carpet in the house was probably not cleaned for a long time. I closed the door and dusted my nose and slept with a mask. Quietness is OK, hot water is sufficient. It’s difficult to travel on holidays, it should be said that there is no money.
