"I arrived in the early morning, and the front desk staff were dismissive. When I asked about breakfast, they said it would be delivered to my room, but they didn't specify what time. They ignored my inquiries. Then, around 8 a.m., when I was sound asleep, they knocked on my door and brought two meals. I didn't even see what was inside; the fruit was rotten. I was so sleepy and groggy that I had no appetite. I just wanted to sleep some more. But then they knocked again, saying they hadn't brought chopsticks, so they brought me some. I was speechless. Shouldn't they at least ask what time breakfast is served? The front desk staff are really incompetent. I don't know how they've arranged things. Shouldn't breakfast be eaten in the restaurant? Even if it's delivered to the room, shouldn't they at least ask what we want to eat, what options are available, and around what time?"

"This hotel is so thoughtful. They greeted us as soon as we got off the car, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a big watermelon, which was brought to our room. It is simply a five-star service. The facilities are also very new. The room is clean and sanitary. The most rare thing is that both the front desk and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. We are two women. Because we just called a taxi to take us to the desert, the proprietress was worried that we would be in danger when we went out to play, so she left her phone number. In case anything happened, she would step on the accelerator and come to find us. It was the first time I felt the human touch when I was away from home. Shanshan is really a very good place. When you come here, you are treated as one of their own family. We went to the pharmacy and had a meal. They were all very enthusiastic and warm. If it weren’t for the itinerary, I would have stayed for a few more days. In addition, the hotel also rents clothes for only 50 per set. They took a lot of beautiful photos for us. It is very close to the desert."

"It was my first time in Shanshan County. The hotel was conveniently located. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room service was friendly and proactive, and they greeted me and asked if I needed any help. The room was clean and tidy, with no odor. It's the off-season for tourism in Xinjiang, and the room price was affordable, but the hotel service was not downgraded. There was also a thoughtful pick-up service. The restaurant next door was delicious: No. 6 Noodles. I recommend staying here for a longer stay."

The room is clean and spacious, with a humidifier, so it doesn't feel too dry because it's close to the desert. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with good sanitary conditions. The furniture and bedding are all new and clean, but unfortunately the TV cannot be projected. The service attitude of the sister at the front desk was very good. She upgraded the room type for free. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast at the hotel next door with a rich variety. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the Kumtag Desert!
