"The hotel looks grand from the outside, and the lobby is also nicely decorated. However, the room decorations feel rushed, like they were halfway done and the budget ran out. The details of the decoration and design seem a bit rushed. But given the cheap price, it's considered good value for money.
The hotel breakfast is okay, with a relatively wide variety, but I suggest the chef not to use too much salt; every dish is excessively salty.
Perhaps because it's newly opened, the service isn't quite perfect yet. Upon check-in, we found there were no towels or bath towels, but they were promptly brought. There was no fruit as requested in the reservation, no mention of late-night snacks, and no ashtrays or paper cups in the room.
The front desk staff, however, were very polite and welcoming."

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me with planning my day, and when I got back from the desert, they allowed me to take a shower in one of the available rooms even though I had already checked out. This was really helpful, because I was getting on a sleeper train that night. Amazing service. I would definitely stay here again."

It's the off-season for tourism in Xinjiang, and the room price was affordable, but the hotel service was not downgraded. There was also a thoughtful pick-up service. The restaurant next door was delicious: No. 6 Noodles. I recommend staying here for a longer stay."

The room is clean and spacious, with a humidifier, so it doesn't feel too dry because it's close to the desert. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with good sanitary conditions. The furniture and bedding are all new and clean, but unfortunately the TV cannot be projected. The service attitude of the sister at the front desk was very good. She upgraded the room type for free. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast at the hotel next door with a rich variety. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the Kumtag Desert!"

"We traveled with our pet by car and stayed in a special twin room (no window) on September 8, but other facilities were complete, new, clean and hygienic. I had a good sleep and was very satisfied. Thank you for being pet friendly. The area around the hotel is safe, clean and not cluttered. There is an open park diagonally opposite, which is very convenient for walking the dog. The front desk service patiently reminded us how to use the smart phone in a thoughtful and meticulous manner. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the mattress is thick and will not be disturbed by the springs. The bathroom has a large washbasin, the shower has all the necessary functions, the water pressure is high, and the toilet has an intelligent heated flush that requires no manipulation. Smart lighting makes it convenient to turn on the lights at night, and Xiaodu voice wake-up the air conditioner is also convenient. There are too many advantages to list here. Next time I go back to Xinjiang, I will definitely stop in Hami and stay at this hotel again."

The front desk lady is attentive and enthusiastic, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Desert Park.
