For breakfast, there were no dishes at 9 o'clock. Only the spicy chicken was left with spicy chicken. I didn't plan to add more vegetables, so I fried a green vegetable later. Staple dishes and pickles are still available. Overall, the service attitude is good, but the service level is average. The number of guests was known in advance, but there was no plan at all for breakfast preparation."

"It was quite hot in Shanshan, so I found a hotel to rest for about four or five hours as a layover. I had pre-booked a transfer to the station the day before. Ten minutes before our departure time, a woman came out aggressively, telling us to wait a bit because they were busy. When we went to the front desk at the designated time, the same woman rushed out again, saying they only had one car and we'd have to wait longer, with an incredibly rude tone. Excuse me, we booked a transfer a day in advance, and then we can't leave on time? Couldn't she at least say sorry?! Instead, she kept using a terrible tone and attitude, saying they only had one car and the hotel was busy!!! How is that our problem???? I stayed in two rooms with four adults and two children, and absolutely no one mentioned beforehand that they only had one car!!! We could have discussed it properly, but she acted as if we owed her money!!!! Absolutely, incredibly, shockingly bad!!!"

If you arrive before the check-in time, you can check in if you go in and ask. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good when we checked in. Seeing that we had children with us, she thoughtfully gave us slippers and toothbrushes, as well as dried fruit souvenirs. The soundproofing of the room was also good, and the disposable items were not perfunctory at all, but I didn't look at them. When it comes to sandals, I don’t know if I can’t find them. I wash my bare feet in the shower. Hahahaha. When checking out, there were two people at the front desk. They must be old employees teaching new employees. They yelled at the apprentices the whole time. This is not very good. Okay, everyone is here to work. Is there anything you can say?"
