As dusk fell, I enjoyed the private hot spring pool all to myself, with warm steam rising, accompanied by the sounds of insects in the forest and scattered starlight – all the dust and worries of the world simply melted away. What was even more remarkable was the service – the butlers always had genuine smiles, with a hidden kindness in their eyes. Every small need was anticipated and meticulously met, warm and attentive without being intrusive. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, and the linens were so soft they felt like they still held the warmth of the sun; every corner reflected careful thought. This wasn't just a brief stay; it was a lyrical poem written in the mountains, making one wish to spend all their time lingering amidst the clouds, water, people, and the peaceful serenity of this place.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The environment was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The staff were warm and friendly, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and they were efficient and helpful. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent, with a rich variety of dishes—it truly stands out in Qingyuan! It made both travel and accommodation completely hassle-free. The value for money is great, and I highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this bamboo forest courtyard! It's an immersive experience, nestled within acres of bamboo. The rainy day ambiance was simply divine. As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. The drizzle pattered on the bamboo, the leaves rustled, and the air was filled with the fresh, damp scent of vegetation – so peaceful and therapeutic. The glamping tent accommodation had a wild luxury feel, and the private courtyard offered complete privacy. Inside, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Hiding in the tent on a rainy day, listening to the white noise of rain on bamboo leaves, created a truly wonderful atmosphere. The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire stay from check-in to check-out completely comfortable. The bamboo forest on a rainy day had a unique charm, misty and ethereal, with swaying bamboo shadows. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're seeking solitude or a gathering with friends. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended!

Overall, I was satisfied. The rooms are indeed old, but the food was delicious, and the service, though friendly, was slow. First off, the buffet dinner exceeded my expectations. While the selection wasn't huge or particularly refined, every dish was delicious! The flavors were carefully crafted, showing the hotel's dedication. Compared to dinner, breakfast was a letdown. There was a wide variety, but it was mostly staple foods with very few side dishes or meats. The breakfast area also lacked proper organization; seating was chaotic, and empty tables weren't cleared promptly. As other reviews mentioned, the room had a damp smell. I stayed in a fishing room on the first floor and definitely felt the humidity. The facilities were old and couldn't withstand close inspection. However, there were so many fish, hahahaha! I didn't mind the size, and they were biting really well. The staff were very enthusiastic, but their response time was incredibly slow. It took forty minutes for fishing rods to arrive, and they forgot my request for a bottle of water. After asking again, it took another half hour for it to be delivered. When I asked the front desk if they had eye masks, they said no, but then I ran into housekeeping on my way back to the room, who said they did have them 😅. The hotel's overall management feels a bit puzzling. The outdoor pool wasn't particularly clean, and it lacked an overflow system, so there was nowhere to spit. There were also a lot of children.

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

The service is very good and polite, there is a full-length mirror in the room, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, but the aunt inside will take the initiative to help, the not so good place may be that the top of this curtain will leak light

This is our top choice for a family-friendly hot spring hotel when traveling with kids, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, and the hot spring area is thoughtfully divided. There are shallow pools suitable for children and a constant-temperature play area, where the water is mild and gentle, keeping the kids entertained. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft, and they even provide children's toiletries and a small toy gift package – the attention to detail is evident everywhere. The food is light and palatable, with a dedicated children's menu. The staff are warm and meticulous, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Relaxing in the room after a hot spring soak creates a wonderful ambiance. It's a fantastic option for hands-free parenting, and we'll definitely be back for our next family trip!

The room is located right on the lake, offering stunning and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The space and facilities are good, and the room is relatively clean. Fishing from the balcony is very convenient, and it's close to Baojing Palace. There are also some children's entertainment facilities available.

The facilities are modern, the environment is peaceful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The butler was very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciate. Parking is convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive. The water in the water park is very clean, and there are many facilities for children to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.
