Chimelong Giraffe Castle

I found the service to be quite attentive, and the staff were very thoughtful. They would greet me with a smile almost every time we met and patiently answered all my questions. There was one particular moment in the park where I needed a staff member to help persuade my child to leave. The staff member played the role of an instructor perfectly, patiently helping my child wait as they picked up all the items from the ground, ensuring a smooth departure. This really made me happy, thank you.

We made a last-minute decision to stay at the Giraffe Castle Hotel at Chimelong Qingyuan on Saturday morning. We planned to visit on Saturday afternoon and Sunday, so we booked a room with an unlimited entry ticket package. However, after experiencing it, I found the 'unlimited' aspect to be a bit of a gimmick. On the first afternoon, we encountered heavy rain. After the rain stopped, the weather was cooler and there weren't many people, so we basically checked off all the attractions in the park. The second day was simply too hot, and my child had spent a long time at the Forest Hot Spring Water Park in the morning. We hit the hottest part of the day, so we gave up on entering the park and checked out instead. The hotel itself is very new, clean, and beautiful, as well as being very child-friendly. You can see giraffes from the lobby, and we got a free room upgrade. Staying during off-peak times is quite comfortable. However, one minor drawback is the poorly designed elevators. Although there are many elevators, they don't differentiate between floors; every elevator stops on every floor. During peak times, this makes them very inefficient. I suggest having separate express elevators for high and low floors. Now, about the park. Chimelong Qingyuan doesn't have a huge number of animals, but the advantage is that it's not crowded. We started exploring at 3 PM on Saturday afternoon and stayed until closing time, and we didn't have to queue much for any of the attractions. It's great for a relaxed visit with younger children. The park's miniature train is a must-ride; you can sit and see all the animals in the park, some of which you wouldn't see otherwise. Overall, the experience would be better in cooler weather.

The room was exactly as pictured online – clean and beautiful. It offered a distant view of the Lion King Ferris wheel, surrounded by mountains. The hot spring park wasn't noisy at all, making for a great experience. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but understandable given its location within a scenic area.

Facilities: The room was cozy and came with a simple sterilizer, which was a nice touch. Cleanliness: It was very clean and comfortable. Overall, it was cozy and comfortable, a good size, and the blackout curtains were excellent. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds!

The room facilities are very new and the hygiene is excellent. The room is decorated with giraffe elements everywhere, which made my child very happy. They even upgraded our room! The Forest Kingdom has a full range of animals and amusement facilities. Highly recommended!

The room was fantastic, with a great view of the giraffes downstairs. The water park and hot springs were also excellent. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds in the family room. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the service was great! Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time.

The Lanqu Kids' Room has a fantastic castle vibe, with a giraffe theme throughout. The room is spacious and comes with a sofa bed, perfect for families with two children as an extra person can stay. My kids were absolutely thrilled the moment they walked in, making it a wonderful family stay experience.

Two days and one night, unlimited fun for two (Forest Kingdom): Super fun, and no extra charge for Children's Day, which is great. We specifically came from Beijing to play and had a wonderful time. It was a really good trip, and I'd love to come again if I get the chance. So happy!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the environment was great for getting a close look at the animals. The only downsides were that it was crowded and check-in was a bit late. Also, the food in the park is as expensive as ever, and the taste is, as always, mediocre. It's really not good. If they're going to charge so much, the taste should at least be guaranteed to be better.
