"Facilities: The hotel's interior design is adorable, featuring a giraffe theme throughout, making it perfect for family trips. It boasts a kids' play castle inside and a playground on the grounds, offering a fantastic experience that's much loved. Environment: It's very close to the park entrance. You can enjoy hot springs on the first floor, and guests get early access to the park via a fast-track lane 30 minutes before opening. The park environment is beautiful. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently delivered with a smile. Even the cleaning staff were very polite, providing excellent service. Dining: The hotel offers a buffet. Coincidentally, one of our group members had a birthday, so we got a 50% discount for them, and the rest of the group received a 15% discount. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased online. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes, catering to guests from all corners. There are also many local farm restaurants nearby, and it's easy to call a Didi (ride-sharing service) right from the hotel entrance. Animal Interaction: There are many opportunities to interact with animals in the park, and paying for feeding is well worth it. A small suggestion from me: It would be great if the hotel could set up a shop selling local specialties from Qingyuan, making it convenient for guests to buy souvenirs to take home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to my next visit!"

"True to its international five-star reputation, this hotel excels in every aspect. The Arabian-inspired architecture is captivating, especially at night. The in-room amenities are of excellent quality. A special thanks to the lovely housekeeper for her thoughtful arrangements – watching the shimmering Lion Lake from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! They even provided a warm and clean dog bed and a water bowl for our furry friend, who instantly loved it. A truly warm and attentive experience, thank you!"

"Love this hotel, spotlessly clean and spacious. Our rooms were upgraded without additional cost. All the service staff were polite and courteous, greeting everyone with a smile. Breakfast was great, a mix of a wide variaties of local and international cuisine. Unfortunately we did not get to explore the surrounding areas as it was already late by the time we checked-in after our day's activities."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed exceptionally soft and comfortable. The Gulong Gorge area was elegant and serene at night, with the pleasant sound of crickets chirping outside our window. However, the evenings were quite dull. For dining options, you'd need to step outside the scenic area's main gate, where you could find BBQ stalls and similar eateries. I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel staff provided superb service; as a first-time visitor, I had many questions, and they patiently answered every single one. Breakfast was decent, though the selection wasn't huge. The noodle dishes, however, were excellent."

"Hygiene: Overall, it was quite clean, but considering it's been open for many years, some areas weren't cleaned thoroughly, especially corners, such as the tracks on the bathroom glass door and the tiles around the shower drain. They really should do a deep clean periodically. Facilities: The room equipment is a bit old, but still relatively clean. In the hot spring area, perhaps because it's summer, several gazebos were empty. The water park was decent though, with many people, and overall quite clean. Environment: Perfect, very relaxing. Service: 7-star service! From check-in, a young man named 'Xiao Hu' (surname Hu) helped carry my luggage to the room and gave a detailed tour of the resort. Honestly, what was most thoughtful was his initiative to proactively replenish supplies. That level of service awareness is really on point. Also, at the buffet dinner, there was a soup that tasted sour. I brought it to the attention of a staff member, a young lady, just to give feedback. She was incredibly responsible; she went to taste the soup from the pot, then came back and told me there was no quality issue. I insisted on my opinion, so she went to investigate further, even taking my bowl of soup with her. Finally, she brought me a fresh bowl of soup, explaining that it might have been caused by a customer using the soup ladle for an adjacent dish, thus spoiling the soup's flavor. She also mentioned they had already replaced the entire pot of soup. This act made me feel very reassured. Just because of a guest's comment, even during the busy dinner rush when they were swamped, she was willing to take the time to provide such service. This kind of service awareness is truly excellent! It's a shame I only remember the third character of her name was 'Feng'. All in all, this trip was very enjoyable, and the quality of service made it even better. I hope they continue to maintain this standard."

The complementary recreational activities are quite fun; you can even continue playing after checking out, including pickleball, mini-golf, basketball, and more – very enjoyable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** The greenery is well-maintained, it's not noisy or crowded, and has an upscale vibe. **Service:** The service is excellent. Items delivered to the room arrive quickly, and they help with luggage."

The front desk staff were efficient and even upgraded us to a higher floor, offering fantastic night views. The room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, the hot water is quick, and the window-side sofa is very cozy. The breakfast spread is rich, and the freshly made rice noodles are authentic. The staff were also considerate during check-out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Qingyuan."

"The service is super good and the location is super good. It is surrounded by mountains and water. The Taihe Cave behind is very suitable for a walk in the morning. The air is fresh and refreshing. The mountain spring water in the tap is indeed ”softer” than the water at home. The housekeeper is on call and can meet most of the needs. I rarely write reviews, but it is really great and worth coming again."
