"Since the hotel is new, the facilities and cleanliness are good. However, the service was just so-so. 1. When I booked on Ctrip, it stated that adding a baby crib was free, but when I checked in and asked the front desk, they said they don't offer such a service. 2. When I checked in at the front desk, I noticed a birthday amenity and took a photo, requesting a birthday setup for December 8th. In the end, the staff said they forgot. I asked for a small cake as a gesture, but they said they couldn't prepare one. I then asked for a fruit platter, and they gave me a few pieces of fruit without even peeling them for me. Finally, looking at the photo I took, the 'request' I made was actually already included in the birthday amenity. 3. We went to the hot springs, and the staff member was checking if my package included it. While he was checking, my one-year-old child enthusiastically greeted him, but he didn't even glance at my child, let alone respond. 4. The only difference between the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet was the addition of sashimi. If it's not included in your package, there's really no need to specifically buy it. 5. The resort is quite remote; if you want to go out for a decent meal, you usually have to drive at least 25 minutes."

"It was one of the best stay I ever had in China. Specially I was with my dog (golden retriever). I booked single room but when I arrived to hotel, they upgraded my room to deluxe suit without any charges. Suit was so big and facilitated with dog bed and bowls. Hotel environment are so big and view to lake was marvellous. There is 3km jogging path around lion lake with map. All the area is so clean and all staffs are so friendly: I booked for one night but the next day , I had texted the staff about how to extend the another night and she managed everything for me via text message and everything went so smoothly. The swimming pool was so clean👍🏼 I will back to this hotel for sure and for my golden retriever. Most recommend 👍🏼"

"Love this hotel, spotlessly clean and spacious. Our rooms were upgraded without additional cost. All the service staff were polite and courteous, greeting everyone with a smile. Breakfast was great, a mix of a wide variaties of local and international cuisine. Unfortunately we did not get to explore the surrounding areas as it was already late by the time we checked-in after our day's activities."

"This time I chose this treasure homestay Usually tired from work, I really want to go for a walk in this quiet mountain forest, blow the mountain breeze, and be alone. It is highly recommended to go to the creek below to listen to the sound of running water, feel the cool breeze. It is very relaxing and comfortable The room is very large, the decoration is also very beautiful, and there is a refrigerator, I watched the screen for a few minutes, the result is no membership, [cover face] However, the very large screen color looks very comfortable, also very courteous equipped with disposable bath film + medicine bag + rose petals, that is, the rose petals are a little less, you can buy a little sprinkle a little will be quite out of the film 🥰 bathing hot springs to adjust the water, too hot easily dizzy (do not eat + drink at most, go down) It’s not peak season, the surroundings are quiet and there’s a lot of delicious food, but it’s a bit of a walk and be careful with those buses Afternoon tea is selected very tasty 😋, cantaloupe sweet, and a chrysanthemum tea hot to drink, breakfast sweet potatoes can be removed from the skin so you do not have to dirty your hands, kittens are also eating shows that it is also very recognized ☺️ When we left, we were given a souvenir, a teacup🍵. We were very happy during this journey, and we said we should choose this one next time we come rafting☺️☺️"

"The hotel offers excellent value for money. Our family of four stayed in a quad room with two bunk beds. It's conveniently located right next to the attraction's visitor center, with hotel-affiliated restaurants and a snack street nearby. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was decent, and the freshly cooked beef brisket noodles were particularly delicious. After an early breakfast, you can immediately head to the visitor center next door to buy tickets for various activities online, then quickly redeem them at the ticket machine before taking a shuttle up the mountain to enjoy the attractions. The internet signal in the scenic area was poor; despite showing full bars, the speed was very slow. Thankfully, the hotel's WiFi was quite reliable."

"This hotel must be at least 20 years old, and this was our first stay. We had a wonderful experience; the hotel's style is very unique, the room was clean, and the view was great. We really appreciate the hotel's design, which shows attention to detail everywhere and is very well-maintained. The hotel service was quite good, clearly demonstrating a focus on the little things. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the quality of the tissues in the room. We will definitely be back for a second stay."

"Our stay at Atour was satisfactory in general. The room is spacious and generally clean. The hotel provided comfortable memory foam pillows, superior to regular hotel pillows, and a good, strong hairdryer. The service staff were friendly and helpful as well (A lady, 枚香, patiently helped us set up the fridge and introduced some attractions to us). Overall, there were no major issues, but as indoor smoking is allowed, the cigarette smoke from some guests create an unpleasant environment. Some other slight flaws were that there were mosquitoes in the hotel but thankfully, the rooms were generally clear of them. Also, the gym is a bit rundown but it’s still functional. Would recommend this place to friends and family as it was a comfortable stay and the hotel is conveniently located close to a large mall with a variety of shops and diverse food options!"

"The indoor pool is for members only. There's an outdoor pool that's free to use, but it seems to be outsourced, as non-hotel guests can pay to use it too. When checking in, we were given a stamp card for a gift. I thought it would just be small toys like figurines or toy cars, but when we redeemed it, they were large boxed toy sets, which made the kids incredibly happy. The kids' play area is right next to the breakfast restaurant and is quite large, so kids can play there for a long time. Late check-out until 2 PM was excellent."

"The B&B is inside the tourist attraction Taihe Cave, so tourists who stay here can visit Taihe Cave for free. Although it is a B&B, the facilities in the room are better than those in a hotel. Because it is located halfway up the mountain, there is greenery outside the window and beautiful scenery. When you enter the scenic spot, there will be a golf cart to pick you up, which is very considerate. The dining is very comfortable, overlooking the mountain view, and the service is first-class🫶🫶👍👍"

Except for poor soundproofing in the room and being woken up by the noise of lawn mowing in the morning (the housekeeper responded immediately), the Chinese breakfast included in the room rate was average, and the mountaintop restaurant tasted good, with large portions and a reasonable price. The hotel isn't very large, but it's tastefully decorated and the breakfast is decent. There aren't many activities, so it's fine for a one-day relaxing stay, but you'd probably get bored if you stayed longer. The souvenir we received at checkout was a card holder with the hotel's name printed on it. I didn't quite understand the gift – it looks a lot like a staff ID badge. 😂 However, the complimentary travel photoshoot, including makeup and styling, was a huge plus! The photographer was very professional and excellent at guiding poses. My only suggestion is to use disposable makeup sponges during makeup application for hygiene, or advise guests to bring their own tools (the makeup artist's sponge felt like it had been used by many people and had a slight odor).

Even the air you breathe carries the scent of grass and trees. It's definitely on my list for a second visit! Every staff member was incredibly polite, and the service was very meticulous. The room decor was stylish and full of ambiance, creating a very serene atmosphere. There was also a bonfire party at night, making it a great travel experience. I'm so happy I spent my birthday here. The hotel even has a little 'staff member,' ”Gannie,” who is absolutely adorable! 😻 The cantilevered infinity pool on the third floor offers a 100% chance for amazing photos. The sunsets, evening glow, mountain views, and rice paddies are incredibly beautiful. LlwkengI am a family traveller with 2 young kids. Stayed for 4d3n in the Family room. Overall the room cleanliness is good and sound proof insulation as good as well. The bed is comfortable and have a small sitting area for the kids to rest. Amenities in room can be further improved eg.the are no basic cutleries for making drinks, toilet bowl doesn't have bidet and water pipe for kids and lack of a simple wardrobe place. The breakfast was good even though the selection of choices are not a lot. Plus point is the guest laundry which is very convenient for travellers which staying longer duration. However, the lobby and public area air cleanliness needs to be improved as during weekdays, the smoking smell is quite strong which is very uncomfortable for guest who doesn't smoke and with kids. Location wise a bit lack as there are not much shops around. Probably why there are more business traveller here. If the above is further improved, everything will be perfect.

I booked a sunrise room, but unfortunately, they didn't have a king-size bed, so I stayed in a twin room. It's very close to Qingwu Mountain, only about 20 kilometers away. I highly recommend skipping the nearby Peak Forest Town and Terminal 3 and going to Qingwu Mountain instead! The owner's service was excellent. The pork offal congee and rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the eggs were free-range, with a light yellow color. Overall, a very satisfying hotel!

Tasteful bosses will not do anything bad 🤭 The boss knows that he is his own person as soon as he opens his mouth. Haha ～ The design of the good room is good. Each room has a separate small courtyard with a separate bubble pool. The hot spring is covered with a mask. It is too freehand. ～ The selection of green plants is super heart-warming. The combination is pleasing to the eye, and it is a disposable toiletries, so you can use it with confidence. I was awakened by a bird in the morning, soaking in the sun to make a pot of tea, the boss’s tea was delicious, and the coffee was also made well. Breakfast was still the boss’s own handmade bread, wonton noodles, and also sent a large meal of egg noodles to the children. It was really intimate. ～ There is free bicycles in the store. Going to ride, it is really super favorite! ! The boss and the boss's intentions and meticulousness can be seen everywhere. It is highly recommended to the relatives and friends around you. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and, most importantly, were a real delight, making our experience so enjoyable. My family and I all agreed the service was exceptional. MM54396****It was a fantastic experience. It would have been even more perfect if we could have seen the sunset. We arrived at the summit around 6 PM, when many people were chasing the sunset. As it got dark, tourists lined up for the sightseeing bus down the mountain. Staying up there was really great; we could leisurely have a meal, which was included in the package. We could chat with the neighbors, and there were other children of similar age to play with. Although the rooms weren't large—when we booked, there was only one twin room, and there were literally only two beds—the air conditioner was incredibly loud and made strange noises. There was no private bathroom; eight tents shared three bathrooms, so using the toilet and showering were the same thing. During peak shower times, there were long queues, which was quite inconvenient! You can also watch the sunrise around 6 AM, but that day there were clouds, so we basically couldn't see either sunrise or sunset, although the weather was great. After breakfast, we went down for a walk and even had a tea-picking and tea-frying experience. They also gave us ice cream and afternoon tea. At 780, I really thought it was a great deal. Dinner, afternoon tea, entrance fees, and sightseeing bus fares were all deducted, and the accommodation was less than 400. Definitely worth it! 👍
